Stopped at Oak Grove, Kentucky at your travel centers of America. Purchase a combo meal from Popeyes for $18 does not include a drink? Every other Popeyes location I go to if you purchase a combo meal which in my opinion is defined as a main course item and a drink. Is travel centers of America so cheap that they cannot afford to include a drink with their combo meals now? I’m not complaining about the price of the meal, but the meal should come with a drink if you are paying for a combo meal take care of the truck drivers who are the backbone of your industry and support your business every day instead of spitting on them and disrespecting them by disgraceful tactics

Stop charging truck drivers for parking

Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving! Cant wait to see see UltraOne Rewards Upgrades. Probably my only complaint as a customer is that you dont really get much of a reward compared to other truck stops. HOWEVER, I will say customer service for the card is #1.and TA easily has the best variety of restaurants and shopping. Just wish there was more incentive to use my card; doesnt seem like fueling does anything much. Showers are nice but easy to accumulate anywhere. Hire people to clean your station

Thank you Debi. There’s so much competition out there for our fuel dollars that it’s tempting to just make fuel stops instead of truck stops. Please keep up your truckstop/travel center format wherever possible. You are the eye in our hurricane.

Ever since Flying J went bankrupt the travel center industry has gone downhill.

It’s time to tear down all the buildings and start new.

I've been using TA since 1999..lots of restaurant stories at the counter eating with the kindest folks in America including the waitresses..memories = culture let's keep the memories rolling into the future..

In the last few years, TA has become the worst travel center chain. Taking out the restaurants was an insulting mistake. Then bought Petro & seriously degraded the Iron Skillet restaurants. I remember when TA & Petro restaurants would be jammed with locals & truck drivers. TA started screwing that in during the Obama recession. Now, you mostly never see any of the few remaining restaurants 1/2 full. And, no locals at all. All of the parking lots have gone downhill, but almost no free parking. I mostly avoid TA & Petro.

Make more free parking spots and bring the showers back down to 12

I've already seen the price of a double cheeseburger increase from $4.99 to $10.69 at your stores. Hot dogs have jumped 200%. And the "clean" restrooms and showers at Petro locations in West Memphis, North Little Rock, Knoxville, Kingston Springs, and Weatherford are anything but due to the dire need for renovations. Some of the TA locations, such as those in Earle, AR, Prescott, AR, and Dallas, TX have gotten so bad they need torn down and rebuilt. Can y'all disguise her as a driver for a week and do an undercover boss type situation with her? Or is she still living in the "United Kingdom?"

This is such BS that companies from other countries can be bought and then ran by foreigners. Your truck stops are BS along with the menus at the restaurants. Your fuel prices are overinflated so that you can screw the little independent owner operators and give huge discounts to mega carriers.

The salad bars kept your restaurants busy. Now theybare next to empty with a skimpy menu. I try to support them nevertheless as it seems that its mostly a plot to close them all. One exception - the addition of the Black Bear Diner. Just like the real ones in Cali. Please keep it that way.

It would be nice for the Petro's that are left to have the old menu and food, can't get a decent breakfast anymore at T/A or Petro's, I have been a OTR driver, nearly 40 years I miss the home cooked food.

TA Petro is the worst, play their daily spinning game for 50 cents coupon, nothing even close to Pilot Flying J 3 free drinks a week, TA Petro very stingy

Don't Know about getting better??? You can't get your truck worked on because there are 7 trucks in front of you and it will take 7 -12 hours before they even look at your truck. Also, Amazon Prime trailers are the First Priority that takes the mechanics, bays, and truck parking. They don't hire enough employees to handle the customer flow. Like Keeping bathrooms with toilet paper, paper town, and hand soap. Showers are always a wait, one person cleaning 10-15 showers just can't keep up. So when you sit in the office all day and get reports from lower management coming in and they are telling you everything is great. Try going to different states and take a film crew with you and randomly ask the Truck driver what their opinion is. At that time you will really know how your company is really doing, and not from fear of employees losing their job. I can say the restaurants are good to sit down and have a great meal.

ICE would be nice!!! Certain stores are out and have been for weeks!!! SALADS would be nice can't believe y'all stopped selling them!!! Night shift deserves HOT food also!!!

Open back up the restaurants and charge less for the paid parking. Also hire some more people to work at the cash registers. Loves doesn’t seem to have any issues staffing their truck stops.

Can we please have healthier food choices such as:Panda Express, Qdoba, Golden Corral , Black Bear Diner restaurants EVERYWHERE. MORE FREE SPACES and charge less for parking. Thanks for what u do do for us. But if u really wanna show US DRIVERS appreciation stop charging so much for parking and over half of them is paid parking. Shower are to much and food not that great and they not 25hours. Trucking is 24hours. Them wheels don't stop. So that how u can appreciate US. Cause from where we see it U benefit al around at our expense. Sorry not sorry

Yes bring our restaurants back!! Half of them are closed or not open 24 hours a day or weekends. Please!! Fast food is horrible for our health!!

Company is a fraud. They hire tweakers to steal from truckers. Especially in California. If your truck was ever rob or stolen near or at a TA of America. Press charges against managers and the CEO. We have filed complaints many time but the company ignores complaints and informs its mechanics they need be security and keep reporters off their property. We have enough evidence for the TA in Livingston California to not just be shut down but bring criminal charges to the ceos and board of directors. From endangerment-embezzling soo much evidence. Especially how managers are active dope user. Or the fact that TAs endanger their customers by allowing tweakers and drug user to intimidate truckers because in Livingston tweakers have the RIGHT TO SHOWER and have sex in said showers or use dope and leave needles around. Livingston California travel center of America is not only dangerous place to park at night but is bad for the health of individuals. Needles,drugs, employees on dope. This place is bad. Only good happens here is the theft of high end goods. Legally if a store allows theft then legally the product isnt stolen. A lot of good stuff from CBs to 60$ cat shirts for 10bucks. If your even in the central valley and need cheap merchandise at a fraction of the cost and dont have worry about cops because products aren't reported stolen this legal to sell even at a 95%loss
