A podcast where the creator Manpreet Johal shares her journey of how her childhood trauma impacted her adult life in relationships, health, self-esteem and confidence. Manpreet talks about her journey, the tools she used and the many teachers she worked with along the way to find her own heart's happiness.
Heart's happiness has been created to help people to kick start their own healing journey with various tools and services. The hope is to raise awareness of how trauma could be impacting people's lives. As well as opening up about her own struggles, she will also be interviewing professionals in the field.

I've had to put up with my controlling, domineering, hypercritical mum for all my life. It has impacted my life in so many ways, and at 38 I haven't been able yet to find a healthy loving relationship with a man, which is what I have always yearned for. Is there hope for me at this point?
Yes you can!!!! I had a very similar dad and it kept chasing after men that were similar. But through learning how to become my own healthy mother and father and I was able to break my pattern. Have a listen to my podcast from the beginning it will really help my love. Don't give up. Just needs some healing. I had my first healthy relationship at 37 and we got married at 40. Don't let what mum has told you limit what you belief is possible. You are worthy of love no matter what she said. She was wounded.
