PSOSEC Class 2023-07 "Dangal Sanib" Graduation Ceremony! Surprise to parents Top 1! Hakot Award!
Today is the Graduation Ceremony of the Philippine National Police Senior Executive Course Class 2023-07 " Dangal Sanib" here at the Ritz Hotel at Garden Oases, Porras Street, Davao City.
This is the first ever schooling that utilized the FACE TO FACE approach since the pandemic.
The graduates comprises of 30 students from the different units of the Philippine National Police and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
The speaker for today's ceremony is the former Senator Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao which was represented by his Public Information Officer Mrs. Joana Grace Lapore.
The top 1, Class Valedictorian, is PLTCOL MICHAEL S. MELLORIA was given the following awards namely:

🌹 Lapu-Lapu Leadership Award
🌹 Recipient of the Center for Futures Thinking & Strategic Foresight in Public Safety Award for the Action Research
