Hi po, paano po kayo nagshift from your first job to recent job po
Then naginterview po. So, pag wala na po kayong pass(from old employee), pupunta na po kayo uli sa MOM with your new IPA para magpagawa po nang bagong S/E Pass ID with your updated work information po.
@Franceinzon thank you po, very informative po.
Hello sir my alam po ba kayong legit agency papntang sg?
Walang vacancy ngayon dito bossing e. Sayang. Goodluck and God bless po!
Hello.
I hope i answered your question po!
@@Franceinzon may relatives Po na uuwian dun. Bali example mother in law ko Po.
Good luck po!
Sir Gaano Po katagal Ng process mo lahat lahat kapag direct hire Mula nung nag apply ka papunta Singapore Thankyou
Hello po, bale parang 1 month na interview(3 interviews, 1 week pagitan), then 1 month pag antay papers from singapore, nung nakuha na yung IPA(parang visa) from Singapore, nag resign, then 15 days nag process nang OEC sa POEA.
@@Franceinzon Thankyou ulit God bless 😊
How to tailor fit your resume dun sa company na aaply an?
Hello po, thanks for watching po. You may start po by checking the Job description po, then lahat po nang skills na match yung nasa Job description at actual experience nyo po, yun po dapat laman ng resume nyo po. Example po, if ang hanap sa Accounting work ay experience sa Ledgers, AR, and AP. It is also okay to include additional skills you may have po, pero ensure lang na may relevance po sya sa work. Meaning, if dun po sa sample nateng Accounting post, if may experience po kayo sa ERP softwares like SAP or Oracle, kahit hnd po nakalagay sa job Description, pwede nyo po ilagay, kasi proof po yun nang literacy and skills nyo po sa Accounting.. Just always remember that the recruiter should see a match of at least 60-70% of the skills they need with the experience you have po, then maglagay nalang po kayo additional experiences na related para ma-compensate po yung mga experience na wala po kayo. hope nakatulong po ako, and goodluck po sa paghahanap!
Makaabroad
Hello po, sorry po I do not have any affiliation or contact po to any employer as Direct hire lang po ako sa companies.
Sir, paano ba gawing impactful yung skill regarding reports validation at keen to details? Thank you in advance! ❤
Hello and thank you for watching! Maybe you can try to highlight 1 scenario wherein the company/management has already approved something tapos may nakita kang very small detail na mali sa contract that is very crucial. Example typo sa pangalan nang customer or account number, na na prevent mo, kinda like "Averted the potential sabotage of a multi-million dollar contract by swiftly identifying and correcting a critical typographical error, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and safeguarding the deal's success." Let me know if naka tulong po, irephrase mo nalang sa way na naka relate sa experience mo! Hope this helps and goodluck po! Thank you for suppoting our channel nadin po

Hi po I just want to ask if san po kayo gumawa ng updated CV or san madali gumawa ng CV planning to apply sa Singapore or sa ibang bansa po sana masagot po thank you!
Hello and thanks for watching, before sa word lang ako gumagawa nang CV, para simple lang talga, pero if you want, you can also try to check sa Canva yung mga free templates nila, basta wag lang yung masyadong maraming design(unless nasa design yung field mo). Goodluck sa job hunting po!!
meron po bang walang work experience skills nakatanggap ng s pass sa singapore in linkedin jobstreet etc???
Hi, to be honest, medyo rare yung ganyang case, since yung 1-3 years experience naten sa pinas is yung way nang companies to "compensate" sa kakulangan naten nang Educational years sa curriculum naten. Hope nasagot ko yung tanong mo! and good luck on your job hunt!
@@Franceinzon thank you po!!! i will try to wfh to strengthen my skill and work experience para makaonsite sa singapore soon!!! thank you po!!!

Omg. I already sent my cv. I shouldn’t have included my clinical studies kasi I’m applying for a pharmacist position in sg and I know that it’s not going to be in research industry 🥲

Hello po! Thank you po sa informative videos niyo about SG. Like, meron po ba kayong separate bank account for savings aside from payroll account? Thank you po again!
Hello po, yes po, I have separate bank account sa Payroll and savings po and expenses din. Madali lang din po kasi mag open nang bank account sa SG, dahil naka save po sa government database yung details po like ID and personal info. Thanks for supporting and good luck po next year!
Hello. Mgkano po usually sahod sa Sg
Hello, it depends po sa sector. Pag po nasa hospital, nasa 2.5k- 4K po. Pag po IT mas mataas po dun. yung iba po umaabot nang 6K per month and even more.
may chance po ba na ma hired sa sg? im dreaming for a job in sg. but napanghinaan na ng loob kasi i don’t think employers are still willing to undergo the tedious process of securing permit here in the philippines. nabasa ko sa mga thread kasi some employers give up or choose not to hire filipinos kasi ang hassle. so i just want to ask once again. meron pa bang companies now na willing mg hire kahit wala pang work permit? i am an engineer by profession po. thanks in advance
@@dcc07 hello po. Singapore is one of those countries ata na laging may demand kasi kahit first world country na sya, developing country padin. Wag po kayong panghinaan nang loob, pag in demand po skills nyo, handa po sila mag hire from abroad. After all, pare parehas lang process nila sa visa sa kahit anong foreign country. Work permit po? If college graduate ka and you want to venture sa IT industry, you may try to apply sa Accenture.
