South Red Sea LOB 2023 scuba diving
One week live on board in Egypt, sailing the southern part of the Red Sea, from Marsa Alam/Port Ghalib to Elba Reef (Sudan) and back. This time we had the chance to see encounter an (very curious) oceanic white tip shark (longimanus) while we were about to do our safety stop. Shot in October 2023 with iPhone 15Pro Max in a Divevolk housing.

Scuba diving trip to Sipadan Malaysia. Diving and staying with Scuba Junkie on Mabul island. So many turtles! I think we saw more than 25 in one single dive!!!! Lots of bump head parrot fishes, barracudas, jacks, one giant trevalley, nudibranchs, crabs and shrimps. All shot with Olympus TG-5 or GoPro 10 Silver (for the wide angle shots). My first ever drone flight :) Had to go out of the no fly zone (Lausanne and surroundings) so I picked Montreux and the castle of Chillon (Switzerland). Perfect timing with one of the steam boats that roam the lake lac Léman.

Amazing 4 days trip to Malapascua island with a bunch of random people who all live in Singapore and who became friends :) Amazing fauna, amazing corals, visibility. I can only recommend this dive spot.

Bad video sorry. The visibility was awful, couldn't see much unfortunately. Lots of sediments in the waters around Sail Rock, Koh Tao. This was end of May 2016

how was the overall diving conditions and viz, as september is a wet season.i am considering doing liveaboard in october. thanks
Ooops sorry for not picking this up sooner. The viz was not amazing but good enough. We sailed across several areas and the further out you go, the better the viz. Near Malé it's quite bad though, as expected.
@@enelym1978 no worries, i did a liveaboard in maldives last month. It was fantastic. Lots of reef sharks, mantas and night dive with nurse sharks was awesome. Unfortunately didnt get to see whale shark.
@@nikhilss1010 same. No whale sharks at all. But lots of mantas and the nurse sharks were two experiences I will never forget and highly recommend. :)
