Not considered a moped, still considered an E-Bike. There are no specific surron laws. Riding this bike on trails and bike paths are acceptable, riding with courtesy. It’s definitely a lot of fun 😎
are you updated with icbc rule about e bikes? www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/transportation/driving-and-cycling/cycling/e-bike-rules-of-the-road let me know what you think.
