The Ombudsman from New York were afraid of Jewish association for services for the aged and adult protective services. They were very strict on me and made fun of me. They did not help my mother who was a prisoner of jasa and aps. They were not professional and had serous attitude problems. They were difficult to reach and talk to. Very uncivilized and secretive. I wanted mother to return home. Their unasstance allowed jasa and aps to slowly kill mom while being force fed services she didjt want from those two tyrannical agencies. Mother died in 2017. The ombudsman could have help her return home but chose to punish and then ignore us and allowed mom to die. Mother under jasa and aps developed problems walking, breathing, was attacked in the nursing home, developed cancer, water retention and died. I was my mother’s heathcare proxy and durable power of attorney.

The ombudsman in san antonio texas is useless. I told her that I was not receiving incontinence pads or bandages for the 5 large wounds I have on my legs at the northeast rehab nursing home. She did nothing. I think she is being paid off by this for profit nursing home which is not acting like a nursing home. They hire very few staff for the weekends, maybe 1 per hall of 20 or more residents. If someone tells, this nursing home will just pay the fines. So I didn't pay the $858 that these criminals charge for my part of the bedroom I am staying in. I asked them for organic veggies and fruits. They won't buy organic, so now I just ask for fruit, the kind that doesn't come in cans, the kind of fruit that has thick skins so hopefully pesticides don't get through to the fruit. After all, somebody has got to care about me. I don't want pesticides on my food or toxic fluoride in my drinking water. I want to heal myself so I must have these. I am buying my own distilled water. I am using that $858 rent for July to buy my own incontinence pads and bandages and organic veggies and fruits. This nursing home is not worth $858 for half a bedroom every month. What criminals decided that $60 a month is enough each month for the residents? Somebody needs to do something about the door leading to the outside. I can see light under part of this door. This light is big enough to let through huge bugs which the staff steps on. Bugs are coming into my room like bed bugs and other bugs that crawl over me. Nobody cares. I haven't the faintest idea why those rules called "residents rights" are on the wall because they are not following them.

The nursing home I am in doesn't respect the rights of the patients. I was just in the bathroom and an employee walks in saying she needs to pour the pee of the other patient down the commode. I tell her it is my resident right to have privacy. She says it is her right to come in despite what I think. I have noticed that most employees of this nursing home don't care about the resident rights. The ombudsman sides with the employees.

Why or what could be the reason of one's mother's sister go forward and steel the iD of one's mother and take it opon her self to go into the hospital and impersonate one's mother and with out notice go thru all the prosidjers and fallow through and have one's father disconnected from life support with no one's permission wgatvso ever and draging in the grandson ate age 30 obviously knowing what emotional damage this would besto around me the son and only sibling of this 65 year old marrage.
