I think fmj does a lot more work than rapid fire.. Rapid fire helps with single zombies, but for higher rounds, fmj helps with hordes.

As for the gunslinger!! i tried for a month getting it. i can say it’s one of the easiest challenges that you can do but the hardest one to understand. Make sure you’re in liberty falls, equip a sniper with a scope, and then use idle eyes gobbelgum so u don’t get disturbed while shooting the cans one by one, and then create a horde and spam the ads button while shooting, make sure u don’t have any ammo mod except for the cryo maybe, otherwise you’ll kill several of your zombies by just killing one!!!

For the Kill It With Fire calling card, what worked for me is get to round 16 and kill him before the round ends, then save and quit once you kill him. Then when you load up the saved game, you should be back in round 16 and he should spawn as well again, but this time don't kill him. Kill all the zombies without killing amalgam to get to round 17. Once on round 17, kill amalgam and save and quit again. Then just load the saved game again and it should be round 17 and he should spawn in again as well, and then just kill him, allowing you to get the calling card easily before round 18.
