Yes absolutely, I really appreciate you being so raw on your platform and admitting you had a panic attack so bad you passed out. I have had a problem with fainting for many years but pretty much grew out of it, but it's started again and triggered by anxiety. Honestly I passed out in a theatre, stalls full of people saw me, I had to get carried out then I passed out 2 more times in the hallway put into a wheelchair and then was violently sick. Had to beg for no ambulance as like you I've been stuck in a&e countless times and told its just fainting etc and they can't help. It's so awful I think ive got ptsd from doing it in public it was so embarrassing

Thank you for sharing your story, we need to speak about things like this more openly. I've suffered from anxiety my whole life, starting getting panicattacks as a young teen and i had no idea what was happening with me. Im 31 today and i still get them sometimes, allthough now i know what it is and how to let them happen without getting hurt. Anxiety is a real health problem and just like you said, one should be able to get time of work when having a bad day to take care of their mental health, i really hope we're heading towards a world where this is a possibility 🙏

I’ve had 2 panic attacks since I started dealing with anxiety over 10 years ago. The first one I was home alone and the second one I was driving on the highway. I started to black out and had to pull over and call my mom. It’s so terrifying feeling like you have 0 control over your body. And you almost feel silly afterwards because you don’t want people to think you’re over reacting.

Thank you for talking about your experience so honestly and openly. Some of the things you were saying resonated with me. I didn’t know that what I was feeling was anxiety. I’m still learning about my own mental health and I’d appreciate if you made more content about this topic. ❤❤❤

I love that you’re talking so openly about this!! I feel like some people are so judgy towards people with mental health issues and don’t fully understand the seriousness of it…I’ve been struggling with anxiety and depression for a few years now and a few months ago it got so bad that I literally felt I was losing control of my life. I’m feeling much better now tho, going to therapy, seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication ❤

We absolutely need a community like this 🤍 Ive only had one panic attack where I fainted a few years back and was taken to the ER. My anxiety has been back and forth since then. I’ve learned now that I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It definitely worsened during COVID and leaned more toward Agoraphobia but has gotten so much better as of late 🤍 Thanks for sharing, girl.
