Go to the resort and first at the ship wreck to get the recycled trash faster. You can get recycled trash all throughout the plaza sea and the resort sea. You can also craft a trash rod to help you get the board.

Hi! They start to make noises at 10 pm and leave around 5-6 am. So gives you limited time to find ghosts. You can take the pictures after 10 pm like 11 or 12 but you’ll be down a couple of hours (in game)
