It’s never too late for Love, or to learn new art.
At 56 I finally married my first love, we met when I was 15 and I first came to the United States from Britain. It took us 35 years to come full circle.
My mother could not join us for the wedding, but I took some of her vintage lace, circa 1970s, and made my wedding earrings - having a little bit of her with us as we exchanged our vows, rings, and promises before God and our families on September 6, 2024, at the magical Thorncrown Chapel in Arkansas.
