Steam Trading Card game , Crafting Tf2 Badge on steam after collection all 9 different cards which represented each class. In order to craft the badge , u need at least 1 of each classes before being able to craft a badge , background , coupon and emticon. Yes but not for free you need to be able to trade so have a premium account then if you spend money you get cards so like 1 every 10 USD spent OR a cheaper way you can probably get each card for 1 refined metal each which can be earned by playing the game its just finding people trading cards
