You need to add more tension while you’re running the brush through. The tension is really the key.

I think after running the brush through your hair you should lightly use your fingers to shake the root to further encourage the clumps to form and then scrunch. Also when you scrunch, gather ur hair from the bottom and scrunch up to the root. Thats what works for me anyway. I also have a dupe brush.

Hi! I just came across your video after searching for comparisons on the Bounce Curl brush. The first thing I noticed is that you are using the brush wrong. You are supposed to have your hair go through the brush part first, then you put tension on the lock as you pull it through the comb part on the edge. That is why you liked the right side better than the left, you were doing it in the right direction there.

I can also recommend SHEIN makeup/facial stuff like hairspray or teethwash/sticks n it’s very helpful n cheap over all these things

I use an absolute tonne of products - a real cocktail of stuff. I use creams rather than mouse, I would say that my hair is much thicker than yours and mouse never seems to cut it for me. Maybe I might try to cut down a bit on stuff though

I agree that those head massages never last long enough. They are so relaxing. £3 for a fringe trim is so good and £30 for whole service is fantastic! It’s always a shock at first at how much our hair lifts once the dead hair is cut off. And of course your coils will add to that. I’m interested to see the difference in length. once you wash and style it yourself.
