With help from #MCO registered Nurse Jessica W who workers for #Minutemenohiocomp for any Bad Faith practices needed by any Self Insured who’s got the money. #Ohiobwc and #AGYost office is going too far to suppress legitimate #workplaceinjury Claims in #Ohio. When they don’t fire or charge lead agent of the #BWC #FraudDepartment #ShawnFox after he’s been caught and admitted to Removing Important Files from Folders and is allowed to continuously submit falsified/untrue Investigative reports that do nothing but protect the Self-Insureds/Insurance Companies from being held responsible for #Employerinsurancefraud or #Badfaithinsurance practices. The reports so grossly untrue and bias. SA Fox and SA Anderson should be ashamed and embarrassed they submitted the Report into my Claim File 2 business days before my last Hearing @ #Limaohiobwc that of course was denied and they also denied my Appeal’s. So will the judge disagree with the vocational expert and deny benefits. That why my attorney filed with the appeal council who I just received notice that they will not except and agree with judge why did they make it so hard I'm 57 years old and I can work about hours or so in my feet white h I have been a server my whole life until my feet and legs hurt to walk only relief is to stop and put up and to rest it takes me all day to pick up my room so a few chores because I have to stop and rest .and this is the most humiliating thing I am experiencing experiencing. I feel worthless and a burden to my son who is providing me with everything. My attorney after my hearing re ing called me and said he was confident I would be approved. And yet I want he enmediatky filed with the appeals council did to the testimony of the vocational expert. Starting in jobs my attorney figured the judge just errored because he stated that vocational expert said I can do house keeping who juju chores she stated in answering question but reevaluated after my lawyers question. So appeals council agrees with judge but his statement is wrong My question is do judges use other people with cases and if these people use words reading software to separate the many cases the have. And basing their decision on what the word recognition software advices when it never even spoke of the error my attorney made or what the complaint was that my attorney made was mentioned in the appeal council decision. So my question again is do judges use ok r have help there cases and that word detection software is used and could give judge wrong facts in case

What if the voc expert says you’re precluded from any employment as far as she can see.

I had a great ime doctor, he was mad at the employer, i had all unecasarry surgery and treatment and my unecasarry surgery caused me permanent nerve damage.

Your videos have been very helpful. I was injured on my 4th day of work and the doctor has allowed me to do light duty. Am i entitled to the same pay and hours i was supposed to get before? If my employer doesnt have a job for me how long do i have to wait before getting time loss pay?

So glad I seen this video it gave me some hope. I had my hearing Monday the VE was late getting on the phone and then the judge ask the VE some questions and she said yes to all of them with 3 jobs. The judge ask her even in pain being 20% off task can they still keep their job she said yes. He laughed and said really?! And she said yes. My lawyer ask 2 questions. 1 can she still hold a job if sit stand option at her own free will. She said yes. 2 question would a person who couldn't use both of their hands do the jobs. She said no. I'm 36 with RA, osteoarthritis on both knees and ankylosing spondylitis. I have right hand deformity and on going inflammation swelling and tightness pain all over my body. I hope the judge approve me. If not Ill have to find a lawyer for the appeals council. What are your thoughts?
