This video is just noving too fast cant really see anything if you wanted to try and model this for a beginner
It's not a tutorial at all, it's more or less a time lapse of my workflow. If you want to try to learn from this video, you can try to slow it down in the settings in the bottom right corner, may this could help you a bit.

ambientcg.com is the source of the most textures i use. For using Textures i've made a little tutorials already. But i use often the camera projection. and play with the mapping node.

I know what you mean. I was struggling at first too, but with a lot of tutorials and a lot of time you will get better and better. You just need to start somewhere and the skills will come more or less automatically. So far you continue.^^
