Have you ever tried a summit open shot I’ve been using 1 for probably 15ys it’s a great stand but what appeals to me is the sit and climb bar and the weight on this stand but what worries me is the comfort nobody wants to pay 1000$ a stand that’s to uncomfortable and never gets used lol

Looks nice except for the seat. Seems like an afterthought. I have an OG sit and climb with a Hazmore seat. Maybe that was what they were trying to replicate with the webbing. Too much 💰 for me but I’m glad some life is is coming back into the climber market. I believe saddle hunting wouldn’t be as popular as it is if more lightweight climber options were available. Most UA-camrs I watch climb climber friendly trees anyway. No one wants to have to navigate branches. So that negates that argument against climbers. I also have never liked dealing with sticks. The Crossover is probably lighter than most saddle setups. Unless your doing one sticking or some other BS. Which, ironically, is the same movement as using a climber just more of a PITA and not as safe.

How does it compare to the Ambush ?

Good video, Pro's - light weight, very stable stand, good cam system, small package, Con's - very high price, not much of a seat pad (uncomfortable), the teeth on the stand can be considered illegal in some states (damage to trees public land) FYI - I am a life long user of Lone Wolf I still have there original, bought more of their stands throughout the years. The crossover looks to be a great stand if you can justify the price.

That bino harness is nice but it’s half the weight of a 40L pack not the lightest would love to see it done in something lighter, stretch fabric that is wind proof is as heavy as it gets. 330d cordura is even lighter.

Im working with the same setup you have. Just got done installing the tusk enduro kit and now looking at headlight options. I was looking at the baja dc option but living in WA i thought you needed a high and low beam to pass inspection? Which if thats the case, cant find anything that would work.
