Terrible user guide! Why video in the dark and with a lot of it out of focus! No explanation about how best to detach the sticky suction mount and how durable it is between uses nor how to use the dash cam. My version comes with permanent and suction mounting gear that uses a universal connecter, doing away with the need to unscrew anything although it looks like detaching the tablet from the mount will be be more awkward than attaching it. Still, it should make the tablet easier to remove for security. If you want to avoid connecting and disconnecting cables every time and decide to keep the tablet in the car , I would advise using the permanent mount (although that clip-on mount could make it easier to steal than the original screw on). I think this video should also be updated to reflect these changes (assuming that's what they are) . I wonder if the dash cam can be active when you're not in the car?

Wow. Im sure u are using a Subaru. I have 2013 Forester and the old stereo. Can it be plugged to the aux and will it work from there? My car has already reverse camera, so does it mean the stock reverse camera wont work if this is connected to my dash?

i have one in my car that’s way nicer then this. has carplay and android auto plus a backup cam and it doubles as a dash cam. also runs regular android so i can watch netflix as well, not to mention its a 10.9 inch screen💀
