I guess? More of the body weight is directed on the leg that you are calf raising, more stress on the calf? Not sure but I think it would make sense
@@BigSauce-s4e it works the Soleus muscle more, which is the deeper/ lower calf muscle. The gastro Is the big calf muscle on top that is worked more with a straight leg
