B&B Racing Chassis
United States
Приєднався 13 сер 2021
B&B Chassis was established in 1995. Paul’s love for the sport of racing started much sooner than that!
Over Paul’s racing career he began building parts for his cars, then turned over to building his own chassis. His longtime friend Scott would help him in the pits and in the shop building the cars, where now not only were they building their own cars, but for other fellow drivers as well. After a few years of building chassis out of his garage in Shakopee, Paul opened the doors to his new home B&B Racing Chassis in Belle Plaine, MN.
26 years later, B&B Racing Chassis has grown across the United States. Now building Hobby Cars, Sport Modifieds, Modifieds, and it is the home of the Annihilator/SS Stock Car. The small shop is producing anywhere from 55-65 cars a season. B&B Racing Chassis offers many options for your racing needs, Chassis, Scaling, Bodies, Repairs, Setup, Parts, and even Shocks Dynode. Some say “It’s Just A B&B”, but to us, it’s much more.

Came here after seeing you guys working on Hank
Hey, you almost passed a car! Welcome to Batesville.
Hard working lady... Good Job !!
Liked and subbed. I am a former late model racer, just purchased a 80's cutlass to build a hobby stock out of and get back into racing. My question is when the metric chassis run out what is the plan after that? Do you see IMCA letting people manufacture new frames? PS that 75 car is gorgeous.
Bar looks familiar 😁
Well you could have the tornadoes, 105 mile an hour winds, and all the dust from the dirt out of the Texas Panhandle like we got here in Oklahoma the other day. Yet what you are getting is lightweight to what I have seen in Saskatchewan when I lived there. The weather in Saskatchewan was more insane than when I lived in LeMars Iowa. Because it even snowed in August where I lived in Saskatchewan which trumps the time it snowed during the Fall Jamboree at Deer Creek in September of 2006 I do believe.
Why are the down tubes so close to the driver's puss these days? can't hardly install a seat without the roof coming off have to be a hobbit to get in the car and what if you get hit upside down puss first these chassis now days are unsafe how much weight you are saving? no wonder the drivers are so young it's become hobbits and little boy sport.
Had a question, why the Monte Carlo body versus the Camaro. Easier to make the body panels or?
It is most definitely a good thing when a car will go right back on the jig after four years. Since we all know that is the exception not the rule.
Can not imagine the amount of money spent by some of these people that can not do anything themselves! :)
I was wondering if you were going to do any videos this year. How many chassis have you done this year so far
We have built about 30 cars so far this year! A few to go!!
🤣 It wasn't me YELLING at you for a new vidjia😁
Did y'all ever build a thunder chassis or did the name change along the line somewhere? I just picked up a 2012 thunder chassis and the guy told me B&B chassis had something to do with it.
Sorry I didn't respond right away! No Paul has always been B&B Racing Chassis for about 30 years now!
My dad used to work there
All the windy curvy roads are in the middle of Arkansas, and on the east and western sides of the state the road are reasonably straight. It is also nothing compared to parts of Canada I have been too. There are definitely some roads that are so windy and curvy, you can catch yourself coming and going.
Ouch not to good
I promise it gets better!

Man, street stock cars have come a long, long way since I built my first one in the 1970's....a long way. Great video and great cars.
Nice video. My son just bought a 2021 B&B USRA stock car. Has about 40 nights on it and looking forward to him moving up from a great hobby stock season into the stock cars. Hopefully we can make it up for any open house or seminars you guys have or maybe will just stop by and grab some spares that we need
Awesome Welcome. Call if you need anything happy to help! Promise we will be faster than this reply lol!
Took me a while but I finally went through every episode on your videos great job on them racing's awesome looking forward to the next one keep up the good work
Glad you like them! Thanks for watching
Need to get all those drivers and other folks there for a barn raising on the new shop.
Isn't that 7K mod car at the start of the video Jason Krohn? By the way I seen that Mark Noble #74 door panel hanging up in your garage. He is someone else who I followed for a long time when I was younger and got to work with a few didn't times along the way. Mark is where I got all of my Performance Body apparel from to repay me something for giving him a hand...
7K Stock Car is Chad Schroeder from Belle Plaine MN
Want to sponsor a West Coast. 2x champion?
I am sure the All Star race is a terrific race to win. Yet I know it is that A main event everyone is looking to cross the line first in without a doubt...
Ahhh the rain was another thing that was something I remember from my experience at Boone. Because it did a lot of raining in 2001, and it was definitely a flooded Mardi Gras in the middle of a cornfield in 2001.
Well hopefully Kelly Shryock has won a A main event. Because in 2001 he came up one spot short behind John Logue.
The Super Nationals at Boone Speedway or better known after a hard day of racing as Mardi Gras in the middle of a cornfield...😁
Just bought my first car, BnB I stock
Welcome please keep us posted and call with any question.
I see you at the house car you change the right front shock mount from all you had a well done one on there now you got a adjustable one are you running a shorter shock on the right side or something or what was the reasoning why you changed that thanks
I enjoy watching the fabrication building of these chassis that's awesome and the repairs I can watch that stuff all day long it's pretty cool you guys just build some awesome chassis there
Watched a couple of your videos now I'm going to start from episode 1 and work my way up checking them all out couple that I've already seen you guys build some badass looking chassis in the past years I've always done as much to put together my cars as possible I'm going to have to give it some serious thought about maybe picking up one of your bare chassis looking forward to the next video coming up and I'm going to go through every one of them thanks
That's pretty cool I'm 60 will be 61 in October bought a car at the end of last fall from a well-known Street stock builder here in Michigan with everything that's went on with trying to get parts this year this coming Saturday will be the first time I've been back in car since 2008 we're going to go have some fun I'd like to be a little more competitive but guy I had to build a motor in Illinois really screwed me should have just waited here in Michigan for my normal engine builder but I'm going to go have some fun while I still can but enjoy your videos good luck buddy get a win
"The BurgerMan", delivering'em HOT and FRESH...
Is it actually that dark at this track. Or is this is the camera causing the darkness in the video of the heat race? By the way always good to get Paul Burger without the cheese...😁
It was dark by the time the heat came out, and also the black interior does not help the situation:)
@@bbracingchassis405 Oh okay, well the lighting definitely was not good in parts of the track. Especially when Paul was coming out of turn four...
@@TheCrewChief374 Yes they had the fair there last week and something happened with the lights, and the promotors were unable to get all lights to strick. They will be fixed this weekend. Thanks

😂 Drivers are always saying that something is bad luck. Whether it is the color green, to peanuts, to the number 13. So now it is the incar cam that is some how causing them to NOT to have forward bite, or to draw poorly...🤣🤣🤣 Yea, it is always something with a driver...😂 Oh a driver wearing green, with the number 13 who ate peanuts. Used to finish ahead of drivers I worked with in the factory stock division years ago. So I know that one is made up...
Oh I do not envy you all on the Boone stuff. Since my experience for getting ready for Boone is more than enough. On top of actually getting to go in 2001, with the flooding rain each night, and the family I went with to help having an argument over watch engine to use. Watch lead to one family member disappearing for an entire day. Aside from the fact we were parked something like a quarter mile away from the track. And the people I was with got some items stolen. Yes Boone was an experience all by itself, that is for sure...
Dirt racing
Do you need the family racing from the stands
Well there is nothing like a car coming down. From twenty feet in the air on the front of a person car, toooooooo make the race night even more special......😂 Yes this did happen in the 90s at Creek County Speedway in Oklahoma.
It was nice seeing matt in the stock car at slayton I always enjoy watching him dominate in his mod here.
After I began working with Mr Shryock, Slayton was the first time I attended a race in Minnesota. The dirt definitely had that strong dirt smell to it...🤣 And even one of my buddies Mark Noble (I see the door panel on the wall behind you). was surprised to see me in Minnesota. Of course, Kelly was taken back, that I would drive all the way to Minnesota for a race. Or three in this case. Yet I should have made it four for Ottawa, Minnesota on the Monday after Kasson...
I have worked in smaller race car fab shops. When my racing mentor built factory stocks in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. We got to the point we built 28 in an off-season. Then I would also work with other chassis builders for mods, and late models, etc. Needless to say, I have been in some small shops putting out a lot of cars.
Is there still a shortage of Hoosier tyres over there ?
So are you saying the drivers seat was not measuring correctly side to side or front to back? Or from the top halo to the floor?
From the mid plate to the seat, so front to back!
@@bbracingchassis405 Okay so is that to keep people. From setting the seat back farther in the drivers compartment. In order to get more left rear weight?
I agree a good driveable car is going to be different to compete with...
Well after being involved in the pits, working on race cars for over 35 years. I tend to agree that keeping things simple is the best course of action. It is also what I have learned from guys I have worked with in the past. From the guys here locally that I started with when I was younger. To guys like a Wayne Brooks, a Mark Noble, Tommy Myers, Rex Merritt and many others. Of course, as I am sure you already know I did work with Mr Shryock and he would refer to keep things simple. Yet five minutes before we needed to be lined up for the feature. He would want to make several changes to the car. In which my conclusion when it could to Kelly. Is his keeping it simple was different. Than what everyone elses idea of keeping it simple...😂
😁Good timing with the lady on the radio (@ 1:15 in the video) saying "come on in and join the fun" as you entered the shop...😂
Burger should not just go with one lone donkey (jacka$$)...No Burger needs "2000 Mules"...😁
That still is an odd site to see Kelly in anything other than a mod. In which, 20 years ago, this year, I actually worked with Kelly for the first time at Fayetteville Speedway in Arkansas during a USMTS race. I remember coming over to assist him change out an engine; which I spent the rest of that night working on Kelly's car. Then by the end of the night Kelly was wanting my phone number. Of course, I not sure why or if was just the Coors light. Because I normally showed up on my own, and never got a call. Even though he was stealing me away from Wayne Brooks. Whom I was working with the last time Kelly seen me, and I was standing in victory lane at Greenville, Texas. After Wayne won the first of two 15,000.00 to win race for 2002.
