How strong is your decaff tea really? An analytical approach to survey
A quick survey of a typical decaffeinated tea showed some interesting results. Showcased here are some analytical procedures typically used to evaluate levels of caffeine in samples. Limitation of this single point determination are discussed.

how do you choose qualifier and quantifier ions?
Typically we use the most abundant fragment as quantifier, it will be collision energy dependent, however it was optimized on your system. A qualifier is also carefully chosen not to interfere with other analogues or isomeric/isobaric species.
Is this some software? Because i do lcms that doesn't show such interface and options
