For several generations, stories from Africa have traditionally been passed down by word of mouth. Often, after a hard day’s work, the adults would gather the children together by moonlight, around a village fire and tell stories. This was traditionally called 'Tales by Moonlight'. Usually, the stories are meant to prepare young people for life, and so each story taught a lesson or moral. Get r...

*Jeffery Lamar Williams could play Shaka Zulu 🛡️ 🏹 🗡️ **#MellDuney616** 🗡️ 🏹 🛡️ - MELL DUNEY 616*
❤❤❤❤
Wow. I don't think I've ever seen an interview clip of him. Thank you for sharing this. ❤
Henry was pure perfection in every sense of the word
He was the right man!
I wish you would have done more with his acting career
Was Shaka really like him?
His presence as he portrayed the king was simply powerful. I think if you look up the word Warrior, his picture should be there💪🏽❤️❤️❤️
Rip, dire qu'il me faisait peur dans son rôle de Shaka lorsque je petit
Henry played his part with Excellence!!!...🔥💯💪
RIP brother
Tomorrow has no guarantee, If you are reading this message, you still have time to repent of your sins and accept Jesus as your lord and savior now!
I wasn't allowed to watch... the wardrobe choice kept getting me in trouble... and the chants(music)meant I had to sneak and watch with no sound😅
Wakanda forever
Rest well Mighty King SHAKA! Thumb 👍🏿 !!!!
C'est vraiment dommage...quelle perte tragique de cet acteur fantastique
When I first saw Shaka Zulu, this man's physique, dark skin, jawline and voice was something I didn't know existed. That role was for him and I don't think another man could ever do that role like him.
Iv never seen such an attractive, handsome black man... Yoh guys Henry has that thing❤❤❤❤
I do love this man,and I love the movie, all 9 hours and some change..
King!
Wow
Amo minha África pena que os irmãos dá África do sul preferem brancos
I've grown up knowing that this man was the real shaka. No one and I mean no one could have executed the role better than him
I’m Mexican American. He is the most beautiful man. Dang!❤
❤❤❤❤❤
An ACTING GENIUS.He is VERY FLUENT in English. He was AHEAD of his TIME.This guy was DESTINED for GREAT HEIGHTs.!😂
Strong, Confident, his Bone structure!Smh! I will never forget the print he left on me as a little girl.❤ His Charisma, Rulership, drew me.😌 Watching him portray the King of Zulu Kingdom, was everything to me, seeing someone that looked like us. That I could look up to. His voice, his masculinity, strength power of a man. OMG!! Our culture beautifully portrayed by this man and the women of our ancestors, Strong til the end. This film of the Century!👏🏾I only could imagine.😌❤️ Henry Cele, Shaka Zulu, Always❤️👑R.I.P🙏🏾🕊
Wish they would show more shows like this nowadays. Society as a whole, no matter race/culture, needs more inspiring shows.
Only one❤
This man has such a striking appearance.
My favorite african actor
I offer you my respect, Henry Cele
He look like Grace Jones
I have watched Shaka Zulu several times since it first aired on TV as a mini series back in 1989. A phenomenal series and Henry Cele will never be replaced as Shaka.
There was ONLY one. Henry. As a blood descendant of Uncle Shaka KaSenzangakhona, I am impressed.
There was a time when I forgot he is Henry Cele , but SHAKA.
The kid...."Shagggaa"
Rest in peace Henry! You portrayed the mighty Shaka very well.
Everyone now imagines Henry Cele when they think of Shaka Zulu, even me.
His skin, bone structure and teeth are mesmerizing 👑😍😍😍😍
Black is beautiful!
Every race is beautiful, some people are just born lucky with beautiful features. 🫶🏽
If he had been born later...not only would he have been famous for Shaka Zulu, he would be a true Hollywood star now...
Shaka Zulu was light skinned though..🤷🏾♂️
They were right
Wht An Awsome Portrayal Of Such A Fierce Warrior..Omg!! Sorely Missed..❤🥰🥰😇💯👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏🏿🙏🏿..Rest Well Sir.
Love that movie!!
Why didn't they make a biography of their actors, what did they do, if some of them are still alive.
This series should be awarded, its true protagonist, Henry, an Oscar post mortern, enough of the injustices, he was a brilliant actor, and he did not lead the Series, but the other well-to-do ones. You were a great Actor Henry!!
Série simplesmente incrível, desde a história, actores, trilha sonora, cenários…👌👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
❤❤❤❤❤❤ from kenya king
I met him once, just after he made the series. A true giant of a man
