Hi. If you upgrade the turbo it is really good idea to have bigger intercooler. What I notice, intake air temperature is much lower especially on hot summer days, so I can run more boost without knock and ecu is not taking away timing and that's equals more power. For stock turbo it is always a good upgrade but you will see a lot of gains on bigger turbo and bigger intercooler. Bigger intercooler will make the turbo spool a hair faster but nothing that you will notice as a huge difference with turbo lag. Hope this helps!

It is doable without the lift but you will need to lift the car with the jack. If you don't have a jack it will be hard but might be still possible.

Yes this is prl intake. You can buy just intake from prl website for rdx but if you want to install the same as I have you need to buy civic type r intake but you will need couple other parts to make this fit, like downpipe and inlet pipe installation kit. Looks like the downpipe is discontinued from prl but you can use different brand like Rv6 or Plm. The idea is to move o2 sensor out of the turbo hot side. You can email Prl and they will direct you what you need to buy. Yes the whining noise happen when accelerating and decelerating. It first started to whine just a little but with time it was louder and louder.

There is no power gain by switching coils but if you run more boost you can have wider spark plug gap with those coils, so ignition is stronger and no misfires under boost etc.

It does increase airflow, bottom end power and spool time just tiny bit.

Hi. Yes I did placed the intake back with injectors on the intake, I found this way to be the easiest, just be careful and watch the plastic stands on the end of the injectors, and make sure they are going straight into the cylinder head. It is not possible to install injectors when intake manifold is already installed. Hope this help!

Hi. I transferred the whole fuel rail with injectors to the new manifold, so I never removed the injectors out of the rail, that way you don't have to replace them. On the other end injectors have only plastic spacer and they don't have to be replaced unless you broke them during removal.

@@benkr5870 Yes! This plastic is just a injector stand/spacer. If you going to do this job and you want to replace them you can buy a whole kit from ecs tuning I believe it is 40$ and it does include those spacers, clips, seals etc.

You will need to scan for codes. The most common on Mazda's is rust underneath.

0-60 on this video was 5.4 but after that I was testing it couple more times and the best I was able to make was 5.2, and tune is pretty soft for safety but I will switch to e85 fuel in a couple of week so that will give me more power and better 0-60 time. I will make another video about it. I have never tested 1/4 mile just yet, but I will also test that.

Hi. I think it depends what paint are you using. I was using this paint on my personal car leather seats. 2 years later and still looking very good. Also vinylpro has good paints too.

No you do not have to unplug the battery. Measure how much old oil you drained and fill with similar amount, if I am remembering correct it is around 5 quarts

Hello. Engine operating temperature that is correct. Engine will have higher temp faster so if you get your engine to operating temp the trans will be around 110f unless you drive it for hour or so. The higher the temp the more fluid will come out but difference between 110f and lets say 170f is around 1/4 quart of fluid. Hope that will help

Hello. Start the car until transmission fluid is around 104F but no more than 113F. Keep the engine running do not turn off the engine make sure it is in Park and check overflow. As you can see on the end of the video there is a lot of oil coming out from the overflow because temperature was close to 113F already. I let it cool down and re checked the overflow. Good Luck!!

Hi. I am considering to install some coilovers in the near future, but on oem suspension it does performing very well. I don't take corners like crazy and I don't feel the need to change suspension to handle extra power, but for sure it would be improvement on some good coilovers.

It is MHI stage 2 bolt on turbo.

What do you mean by load the suspension?

@@skytech_00 You basically final torque the bolts when the control arm is in position when standing on the ground. But don't stress about this too much, if you did not load the control arm it will be fine.
