Hi Dawn, I've been to those flea markets too, but it was quite a good drive from where I live in Florida. But so much fun, everything you can imagine to be found there. I'd go again more often if it wasn't so far. But I loved seeing your beautiful treasures!

Hi Dawn: I love flea markets, you can find some amazing things, I am a watermelon nut, love flower frogs, nice finds, oh my that blue dish is amazing, oh go sh the carnival glass is beautiful, the square one is my favorite, wonderful finds, see you soon.

So sorry about your car, living in a small city I have never had a problem as a woman, always great service and respect, I wish it was that way everywhere. Oh my gosh I hope the tenting does no damage to your possessions. 7 hours is a long drive, so happy you were able to go, I love goodie bags, I have been to many retreats and have many project bags, I do take classes at retreats to learn different crafts and get designs that are not available to the general public. I like the stitching time bag, nice, nice new treasures, the thimbles are so cute. Love th😢e scissors, the stork tweezers are a hoot. I love flea markets, love the Bee Keepers Box, looking forward to seeing it completely finished, I make beaded pens for gifts, happy to hear you had a great time.

It sounds exciting. I have never attended a big needlework show. That pen is fascinating.

It was nice to meet you at the retreat last week and see all the lovely things you brought. Its amazing how much more beautiful the samplers are in person. Stitch Florida was such fun and i hope to go again next year.

Good Morning Dawn: Good to see you again. That is not much counter space, I am sure it will take time to get used to, unpacking takes so long. When we moved it took me a good month to get back to stitching. Interesting pin cushion, Spool of Stitch's' is so lovely, I wish I could take the class with you. Very interesting book, oh my I love the illustrations, love the colors and the way she demonstrated the alphabet. The Swan boat is my favorite, of the illustrations. Have a great week.

Hello Dawn: Looks like you are getting box's unloaded, sounds like you have things all in order with the new disposal, new sink and other things in the kitchen. I hope you show us a finished Bell sign. I cannot crochet or knit, love your treasures from your grandmother, it is so sad that hitler used the swastika, shame on him, a terrible part of history, thank-you for sharing the history of the cross, many people do relate it to hatred and hitler. Congratulations on your class at Stitchers Hideaway, love the design and the spool, beautiful choices of colors of thread. It really is not easy moving, packing is a hassle and unpacking is worse, I have never heard of a milk cabinet, sounds intriguing, love the vintage items, cool scissors, I also want to punch them for cutting the treads and fabric, and green paint what were they even thinking. The design is beautiful, but so sad to see in this condition. Beautiful fabric, love the colors, I really like the Victorian Motto threads, Victorian Motto threads are still being sold on the Etsy site, by the Victorian Motto Shop. The nest is adorable, cute idea, sweet idea, it will look lovely on your door. I do not do any social media except UA-cam, See you soon Dawn.

Best wishes on your move! I’m so grateful that you shared the PA German sampler book. I’ll have to look into finding an affordable copy. I am of PA German and Schwenkfelder descent myself. When things calm down for you, check out the website for the Schwenkfelder Library and Heritage Center in Pennsburg PA. They have an annual textile event(5/31-6/1/24), and at times offer zoom conferences on various textile subjects. They may be a reference for information about your sampler.

Oh my goodness, you have some lovely treasures, the fabric is amazing, love the scissor needlebook, so pretty. It is fun to reward ourselves. I love seeing you again, love the new Sampler, thank-you for the frame parade and the information, wow up to a year to wait for a frame is a long time. I love Cats is a sweet design. I do use Velcro on my bars and fabric, it seems to keep fabric tighter on the frame, I use a Velcro from my favorite needlework shop, it is easier to get off the fabric not like regular Velcro. I have never tried the garters for the sides, thank-you for sharing. I also work two handed, stitching gets done faster.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us about stitching frames. I've been stitching in small hoops but want to try two hand stitching in a scroll frame. Its almost overwhelming because there's so many to choose from. So, I (we all) appreciate your sharing.

We were SO happy to not be alone on Christmas too! We loved being with you, thank you for sharing your home with us. 🌲 AUUGH! We are so hooked on the British Baking Show! Books were one of the things we had sooo much of! We brought one bin with us of ones that we hadn't read. As we read them traveling on the road, we leave them at campgrounds for others to read. The children's sampler cards are really cool! - Michelle 😍
