A very insightful programme. Feel your pain and sorrow over the turn of events over a long time now, especially as more of our regions in South Asia also undergo the same... Don't give up the good fight. Much of what happens would, I guess, also depend on how the Sri Lankan expatriate communities across the globe respond and take this issue forward. All expat communities do have the reach; such issues can be seen differently in the daily struggles of life back home. But it's also easy to give up hope when Asian issues are seen from the West (the media also causes some of this vision problem). Sometimes all it takes is a sudden miracle to happen and changes the situation, despite all expectations. Who knows when the light will shine through from the end of our diverse tunnels....
