good to watch you again;wha PSI was for the leak down test? and is there a video for it?
@@slo-motion9292 I’ve two other leak down videos. The better one is in the gsxr playlist. All less than 2%.
Thank you so much, will check it out soonest
if you can upgrade to fluorosilicone they will withstand crap gas. I have had great life out of my carbs with using NO ethanol..just gas and a fuel additive. Ive had issues trying to save $$ also. Learned to buy GENUINE seals or K&L Japan.. even then I end up buying other bits from obscure company's making fluorosilicone upgrade seals.
Nice. Have you seen my method? I like this too.
@@How2Wrench No, please link it or post the title.
Happens to the best of us!
That bike is becoming a work of art 😊
Your at it again Stanley..😊
Sorry friend.

@@revedesiles401 Sorry, I don’t know what that means.
Man that sucks..where the hell is it leaking from exactly?
Was wondering that too. Looks like valve cover being as it's so far up...but it's dipping towards the exhaust headers?
Классный мотоцикл, я тоже такой хочу, но нет денег 😒
Nice sound!!
had one, rebuilt it and it broke my heart.... sold for parts and bought a 99 vfr800 for pure reliability... also an r1200rt and an f800st in my garage... in other words... this bike made me appreciate reliability 😆😆

How can you tell all jets were firing?
@@briholt100 “All” meaning the jet on the airbox side you can see squirt.
I take my hat off to you where you took that 400 .it is a real beauty
They just look good .Just put the Honda super four away for winter ,Dragged out the bandit 600 .😢
Bad ass bike. Seems easy to work on too.
U need to put a rectifier under the swingarm. Joking.
What air filter are you using? And what ausspuff Send me a link..where did you buy them?
which air filter is this?
Made by CalFab I believe.
You ever use this unit? I have been dreaming of this. I have the Dyna2000 on my 1992 oil cooled 1100 and its a weapon.

Hi bro I’m looking for a full system just like this for my 1992 Gsxr 750 . Are you selling ? Or maybe you know how can I get one? Thanks
mine sounded exactly like this one back in 93. it was already jetted and had the yoshi on it whn my folks bought it for me. i loved that bike. i think im going to buy another one if i can find one in decent shape. im saving this video bc your bike reminds me of mine so much.
That looks like a tasty casserole recipe ;P
Great unboxing, the long boys are a must IMHO, I could not live without them now LOL
Hell yeah..thank GOD this company is still making bad ass parts..the website is hell to navigate but its worth it.
Pretty cool man..nice doggo as well. I need to pull my 93 750 engine and just refresh all the seals, check EVERYTHING and swap to a new head I have lol. Ive been hoarding and prepping all the crap I need. Scored a new D.I.D. aftermarket timing chain and Im debating using the manual tensioner. If I use that I'm using a Dial indicator on my timing chain to get the exact tension needed. I have a factory pro shift kit and im trying to find some yoshi cams but I might just order webcams. My original head had been shimmed by a moron and one of my cam bearing surfaces is getting wrecked slowly from whoever was inside previously. Ive been filming everything and plan to upload once I have a good backlog of videos. Anyway thanks if you read my rant.
Bro which upside down fork can fixed for bandit 250 s
Not sure but some forums have a list of compatible parts you can interchange between years/models. You might be able to swap to a gsxr front end.
Check the Bandit 400 Playlist. I break down the front ends and swingarms
Maybe an adjustable pipe wrench/plyers would grab the nut and the lock washer without putting torque on the basket? Cheers
I have used "channel lock" plumbing pliers before to bent that lock washer. It works very well if you are careful to not slip and smash your fingers lol.. dont ask me how I know.
Those red LEDs should not be dead..they last 50 plus years in use. Wish I could help but I have no idea. That unit looks like it should work fine..something is not right.
From what I remember the CDI needs a pulse from the signal generator for the timing, and good power and ground to work. That's all there is to it. This igniter checker just sends power to the CDI and a simulated signal generator pulse. First, check whether the CDI is getting power and ground, then check whether this thing is sending a pulse to the CDI. A multimeter on Hz setting might be enough to test the pulse in a pinch, but you'll most likely need an oscilloscope.
Wow.. Where did you get that?!?
Is the checker maybe not working properly? Nice vintage piece of equipment btw, I've never seen one before other than in the manual! I ended up replacing mine with an Ignitech programmable one, as you mentioned there's no source for a new (and still 30 years old) CDI, and I didn't want any extra headaches with used or questionable ones from eBay ^_^.
I got one from ebay, some belgian seller. Had it for 6 years no problem.
Looks decent. Just ordering some pieces for my Ducati 888, you have given me the confidence to checkout. Cheers from the UK.
