I recommend holding small weights in each hand. This will help increase your heart rate and make for a better workout. Love to see the hard work I know it will pay off! ❤

Great work so far! Try to break the fast with something nutrition rich such as a green juice, cup of fruit , Broccoli bowl then eat a big green salad before your meal that will help you feel more satisfied and less hungry.

For summer winter combo, you can layer some of it on your outfit for the plane. i.e jacket, sweater, neck scarf or maybe try a vacuum sealing bag. I am yet to try that. 🤔 Thank you for watching!!💐✨️

Girl you crushed this! I always try to bring a carry on but I fill it up and then have to go back and take out a lot of things lol I def need to invest in some packing cubes! 😂 I always use the ziploc bag method, and then just throw it all inside a toiletry bag. It helps in case things explode!

Can't count how many times I've packed stuff I never got to use on the trip 😂 Planning my outfits and using compression packing cubes have helped alot! And great idea with the ziplock in the Toiletry Bag. Double safety against spills! I hope you are doing well and churning out those videos!! Can't wait to see 🤩✨️

Oh my gosh, your plant at the beginning is so beautiful! Not the hair being coifed 😂 I also hate bringing big purses on trips, I usually bring a smaller nice purse for the fancy events, and then a fanny pack similar to the one you have, but I like the one you showed a lot more.

Hi. I purchased a very similar perfume atomizer from Amazon and after filling it, it leaked all over my toiletry bag. Also there is no easy way to wash it if you want to put a different perfume in later so I would suggest avoiding them to be honest 🙂

Lithium batteries can not go into checked luggage. They have to go in the cabin with you. This is due to their chance of catching fire.

You can probably eliminate the portable iron/steamer to save more space. I generally hang my clothes in the hotel bathroom with the door closed and shower on hot for a few minutes and that works.

The little atomiser for your perfume is great but it depends on the shape of your bottle. It was great with my beautiful but my husbands eternity the top was the wrong shape so it didn't work.
