I liked this but shae was kind of annoying in his high school days. He broke up with Chester and gave no explanation, then indirectly said gayness was a mental illness, and then proceeded to let Chester get bullied and just watched from the sidelines. I mean I get it yeah he was scared of his dad beating him up or smthn but he really didn’t have to make Chester go through that traumatic experience 😭 and I feel like this was glossed over a bit as well…
