So basically, the entire building is a column, beam, slab altogether. money is saved when bricks, wood, or glass are used for partitioning in a building. This just casts the entire building. Waste of concrete and money
Overall cost and time will be saved ... As you will require less equipment and labours
There are no columns or beams here. Its all shear walls. And concrete is cheaper than labor cost in most countries. And formworks minimize the errors.

These types of buildings are very resistant to earthquakes. Since all walls are supporting the building, this kind of structure distributes the earthquake load better.
