Hi, the battery is 36V and needs to be charged from the mains using the charger provided. It is not possible to charge these large batteries from a regular power bank or from a car. The 13.2Ah battery has a range of 25 miles before a recharge is required. Thank you for your question.

Hi, we currently offer three battery sizes 8Ah, 13.2Ah and 14Ah. The 20mph maximum speed of the Attachment and the power is the same for all three batteries. It's just the range on a single charge that is different. 8Ah range is 15 miles, 13.2Ah is 25 miles and the 14Ah is 27 miles. There is lots of information available here www.willstreettwf.com/faq

I massively recommend as you can stay in your normal wheelchair while using! Just one thing to check before purchasing. Could you tell me the model of your wheelchair you will be using with the attachment and I'll look it up for and confirm that it's fine to use with it!?

Thanks for your question. The Attachment is designed to fit a large range of wheelchairs. The device should attach to most rigid frame wheelchairs. It has two adjustable clamps (50mm long) that grip onto the two down tubes of a wheelchair and the attachment means it will fit between 18 and 32mm diameter tubes with a large range of widths between the two tubes. The down tubes should be reasonably straight and angled slightly forwards from the chair itself down to the footplate. We recommend using rigid frame chairs but the factory say it will fit folding chairs too. It is, however, unlikely that removable footplate arms would be strong or rigid enough. @@WillStreetTWF Yes, I found it, but I didn't find what I need! Can you help me? My chair is a wonderful SdnriseMedical Easy Life SA with removable footrest I need every single day several times. My feet swell, right one mere than left. I've got some foorests which I can put 90 degrees up but these I can do in a big bag behind my seat while drivinc. So I can use the removable which perhaps are better with an adapted powerbike of your shop. I hope so much I will be able to use it!!! Be blessed and than_ you!

@@robertpriest277 went fantastic, in fact twice a day we hit the parks and he out sprints me. My top has been 21mph and he flys by lol

I set my speed limiter on 15km/h and for me that's too fast! Don't quote me but I think in the settings on the display, you can tell the computer how big the wheel is.. Maybe if you program the wheel as smaller than it actually is, it might spin faster? Giving higher top end speed 👌

Hello Andy, the jib booms on both of my boats changed my racing. Because of my coordination a lot of races were me minimising mistakes and loses. But with these jib booms I could compete with the big boys!! I could go into depth on performance but to keep this reply short I will say, top end speed was probably a little faster, the only down side was acceleration off of a start line. But just keep moving was the way around the slow acceleration!!

Because batteries and water do not go together very well. But a little rain and mixed with the cold.. Their reply was Lithium battery work at -20 to 40 degree . but we recommend 0 to 40 degress to low temperture is not good for batteries . Hope this helps Will

Hey man! Thank you I've had a video like this in mind for a while & enjoyed making it! I had so much fun sailing the RS, but I love the 2.4mR so I can't say for sure what sailing I'm doing right now as nobody knows! But keep me in mind for the future! Good luck for your training program!
