People who say they struggle to work from home because there are kids playing outside are sick in the head. I somehow manage to work from home everyday with three kids living in my own house. Complaining about kids playing is just gross.

Are tax breaks given to new large companies and industries to attract them to our city? Our children want to stay but jobs are hard to find. Thank you

The shades approved are consistent with our city natural settings and general architectural original design of our city. Our City Code Enforcement is what keeps Palm Coast beautiful and enforcement is a hard dangerous work at time, so lets be mindful and understanding! And is not actually what Councilwoman Pontieri likes, but what common sense dictates. We had in our block years ago a newcomer neighbor painted his house electric blue and he had to repaint it in a pastel color approved by city code. Now we have an owner that have done same and by city code she should be enforced to correct the violation in order to erase the impression of selective enforcement in our city. TY Code Enforcement

No. No. "Super majority" on the city council, Ms Pontieri = 3 of 2 votes and you are just 1 of 5 people voting. No matter what your commitment, the vote for over-riding the cap is and should be up to ALL of the voters - not 3 people who may/may not be bought & paid for. No. The attorney's desires to put this matter "into the shade" ? Who bought that boy? He is the least of any attorney to be protecting the council from doing something unlawful or stupid.

The city is getting a 17% increase in their budget, while seniors are anticipating a 2.5% Security Security raise! Does anyone other than me see something wrong with the proposed 2025 budget. When you also consider the the increased accessed value of existing property, in addition to the new properties added to the tax rolls from the prior year! This city does not know the meaning of what “austerity” means!

New West PC residents can go to the Ormond beaches just as well. They need to get their services and their beach and everything else up there. What about all the traffic from the Western end of PC? These drivers are causing tremendous challenges on our roads. The new residents from the Western end need THEIR own businesses, and connection to i-95. THEY cause horrendous traffic in our city. DID MAYOR AND COUNCIL GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CURRENT RESIDENTS? And the 3 minute lights!!! C'mon STOP your building. We can't get around anymore with all this new traffic!
