Another overdone prime rib roast.

If I'd served that rib roast at my house I'd have been chased out of my own house. Overdone. I'll repeat that : overdone. No indication of roasting procedure. No indication of resting roast after removal from oven. Nothing attractive about presentation. Not helpful at all.
