I have a zr 600 catalyst also and noticed that yours makes that same belt noise at low speeds that mine does. Do you know whats up with that? My first new sled in 20 years
They all seem to do it have heard it in other videos

I spent almost my entire life riding areas like this. In some ways, I miss it. The bare dirt and plowed cornfields I don't miss, but I do miss the straightaways, flat ground and constant view of the horizon. Riding in the trees is fun, too, but it's a lot easier to get lost. Congrats on the Catalyst, I was part of the 2024 photo shoot and it was difficult to go back to my ProCross-based Riot. Arctic Cat did a great job with the new platform!
600 has been an awesome sled on to the 858 next year

If you get a chance to ride one take it...won't have the same big end power as an 850 but still a blast to ride

Pretty impressive
Just got mine out today for the first ride. Very impressed with the responsiveness and acceleration! I had it on my head that I was going to trade up to the 858 next year but for the trails the 600 is plenty.

Nice video! I'm really itching to get my r xc out when we get snow. How are you liking it so far? What kinda top speed are you getting? She seems pretty planted. Is she darty on hard pack? I traded up from a 23 r xc to the 24 r xc.
Definitely feels lighter darts a bit more with the c&a skis pretty much none with stock skis its not as planted as procross chassis you can actually get some ski lift out of it ive only had it up just over 70 never really found a good stretch to open it up

What video editor do you use
@@jasoneaston919 I've got a Mac as my personal computer, and they come with iMovie free. It has some limitations, but overall I've been very happy with it. There are a couple channels on YT that specialize in iMovie tutorials and they're really easy to follow, have been very helpful. Mac Video Magic is probably my favorite. I also try to learn a few things from the channels that teach people about making videos in general - vidiq comes to mind, but there are a couple of others that I've watched, as well.
