I never forget the time when Vince came to Hayden and asked him about the shotgun mounted on a quad bike and his concerns about backfire Hayden disrespected him and didn’t listen to his concerns . I get the feeling that Vincent. Yeah there was something wrong with Hayden that was out side of the normal parameters of human behaviour, and he listen to his gut instinct and got out. He was proven right

The show really improved after vince left. It was far more interesting and varied.

Vince was the blood of the show, he got screwed over by the owner and his little princess daughter with his husband. I am glad that the three are in jail for their crimes. SOG should've stayed with Vince and his own shop.

Glad to see Vince is doing well. His company Mesa kinetic research which he started when he left red jacket is quite successful. His work with ak’s is top class. Imo leaving the reality tv bs and that scumbag rapist is probably the best decision he could’ve made

Vince was pretty smart to bail on that asshole convicted felon when he did. At least Vince's reputation is intact. Red Jacket even after the felon went to prison, has gone down the toilet. What a bunch of crooks. I almost gave them a substantial sun of money... glad I didn't!

tuan vandersluis basically he had been unhappy for a while. Now we don’t know the full story behind the scenes but as far as what we saw on the show. RJF was commissioned to build a AR for a nuclear faculty in Las Vegas, and it had the potential to be he biggest build in Red Jacket history. Will was gonna have Vince, the guy with the most AR experience do it, but Stephanie pushed hard for Kris to do it. Now by this point Kris had never lead a build, and had never even built an AR, but he was sleeping with Stephanie so that was enough to get him the build. Vince saw the obvious problems from the story go, but whenever he tried to step in he was blocked by Will. Eventually Kris screwed up the build and Vince had to take over. Kris wouldn’t even stick around to help finish his own build, and after Will blamed Vince for something that went wrong (i don’t remember what, I think it had to do with something being shipped) Vince decided to leave.
Vince went on to a lucrative career as a Master Gunsmith, Will Hayden went on to a somewhat less illustrious career as someone's bitch in prison.
