Thank you for this informative video. When I retired in 2020, I lost my dental insurance through my employer. I had to purchase an individual dental policy and I purchased a plan with Physicians Mutual costing $50. Yesterday, I had a tooth extracted including a dental bone graft. The Periodontics & Implantology I went to in Washington, DC yesterday cost me $1,677. My dental insurance plan will only pay $211.00 of the $1,677. If I decide to get an implant, it will cost $2,700 and my dental insurance will pay $500. Then I have to return back to my regular dentist for a crown fitting of the tooth implant which will cost close to $2,700. My 1st tooth implant I got in 2018 cost over $4,000. I need two more tooth implants in the back of my mouth next to my wisdom teeth on both sides. I've decided not to spend over $10,000 for 2 teeth implants and I don't have burial insurance. 😬 Dental insurance is a scam and it's expensive. My healthcare insurance is a heck of a lot better. I was hospitalized in 2017 for having a major heart attack. The 10 day hospital stay bill came to $111,000. I only had to pay $42.00 of the $111,000, praise the Lord.🙏

The airflosser and the waterpic will never replace traditional string flossing. String floss is the best and most effective way to remove plaque between teeth and gums. I know a lot of people don't like flossing their teeth and would rather use a waterpic or an airflosser but using just a waterpic or an airflosser for the rest of your life is just not going to cut it. It won't remove the plaque between your teeth and gums well enough. The plaque will just keep on building up and then eventually it will cause cavities to form. You have to use string floss to get rid of the plaque.

The best dental insurance is brushing, flossing and using a water pick every night before I go to bed. I'm learning this lesson the hard way. Also, I have to stop eating sticky candy like cinnamon bears and taffy. Every time I start eating those thing I get cavities and root canals.

I've read the literature. Some gargles will reduce the viral load, 30-60 seconds. No it doesn't prevent or eliminate the Rona but reducing the viral load is good. #1 was Povidone iodine diluted 1:2. #2 was Listerine Cool Mint. With iodine it is imperative you test firs to confirm you do not have an iodine allergy.
