Is bro illiterate? Megalo Strike Back is a singular Toby submission into an album, named "I Miss You" (what op was referring to). Toby had less involvement with "I Miss You" than he did with Omori (which he isn't even credited in the OST despite being confirmed to have made music for it) so he sure as hell did not MAKE "I Miss You"! That's like saying if I upload something to youtube, I now own all of youtube.

Y'all need to understand that Undertale is in no way a continuation of Toby Foxs take on Earthbound. The three faces in Sans's book are those of Gaster, himself & Alphys.
You don’t recognize the faces besides sans, and at this point in the run you’ve already met alphys Gaster is still possible but I’d imagine that this has more to Deltarune than you’d expect considering that it’s main theme is literally called “don’t forget”
