@@madhatter5331 I got every damn part I personally wanted on this particular project, I tried to not let anything influence my own vision…I didn’t envision bougie ass expensive parts, just the stuff I found that was visually appealing (with proper brands for the 80’s) But I never really got to know what I was dealing with until I had the parts in my hands after waiting forever. It was a bit of a guessing game, but I’m super happy with how everything turned out and I really appreciate your comments brother, you are fucking awesome ❤️🤙🏻

Weird…I was inquiring about how he got the exact perspective and how the camera stayed relatively steady, and he was giving me advice on it and decided to just give me a solid starter kit for POV bmx rides. Definitely didn’t have to do it, I appreciate it.

@@anthonymasluk2295 I’m putting everything I want on this bike, I’d way rather an odyssey coaster. Eclat is high grade German material in its construction, the hubs can be quite pricey. I’ve been running their gear and really love their products, they really do stack up among the best freestyle components on the market

Just for my non-grind side, I like using plastic sleeves on my pegs because I go to the university and I don’t destroy the property. They don’t kick me off their property because I respect it, so I have to have plastic sleeves on some of the spots I go to just so I don’t have static from the owners or security. When you’re a middle-aged guy with a really nice BMX, for some reason, you don’t get bothered by security guards lol… But when an individual fits the description of middle-aged man on bicycle, he’s either a true enthusiast or a Tweaker lol

I really do appreciate that, beach cruises really aren’t my thing, but I have always really appreciated the aesthetic of the old style swoopy frames. She really does love the look of this bike, but it’s so much heavier and slower than the race bike. I built her that she just said there’s no going back now.

Well, I figured it was very fitting scene since it has a misfits sticker and this monster was of my creation in my lab. I appreciate you brother thank you very much.

It’s just an art piece, it hangs on a wall and just gets looked at never gets worn at this point in life. I’m not a very artistically gifted person, however, I am OK at hand stitching patches onto denim and building BMX bicycles.

That’s because the BK is built for grinds. Nobody could ever argue the fact that BK is the king of grinds.

This bike and the Mercado were side-by-side, and it wasn’t even a decision. His bike looked like a Miami Dolphins jersey, it was the ugliest damn colour combination I have ever seen in my life…tires and all. They’re nearly identical frames, but the BK has a 20.75 top tube, which is ideal for my height.

I’ve got a few different vendors that I sourced from, I try to maintain the relationships with the people who ship the fastest and have the best communication. The day hasn’t come where I have used them as a vendor, but that day might come. It just comes down to price and availability of the specific parts I’m looking for.

I appreciate that, but I decided with my high performance bike I’m going to have to take the highroad. Odyssey Evo 2.5. I have a whole bunch of stuff coming for this bike, I was building up everything else and now this is the bike that was left that had things to finish on it… Since it’s the last bike left, it’s no longer on the back burner and it’s gonna get done properly. I guess what it comes down to is, when the break is installed as per manufacturers specifications, and IF the product fails… The product fails.

I try to build completely original projects, always harkening back to the days where old school met mid school…‘mold school’ I believe it’s called now. I know my tastes aren’t for everyone, but I really enjoy when people appreciate the products of my favourite hobby- Makes me want to keep doing it. Thank you for your comment ❤️🤙🏻

Watching your channel and a few other dudes channels, ignited a spark that has been lost for decades, seeing others ride their road bikes didn't float my boat. No one around me didn't have the bmx cruiser's to peak my interest, only last year I found out that the style is available for me to pick my poison and go for it. That's my story and I'll be here for the long haul. Keep the dream alive in all of us.🤘😉

@ I used to live across the street from Angels Drive Thru and would walk Helltrack almost daily.

I have always loved to sew heavy metal vests by hand, I’ve done a few for friends as well. It’s a different art form for sure 🤙🏻
