@@rodnebesniy Hello! The tires are custom made for me by a company that makes ice racing tires. You can't buy these tires in any "normal" store :/ I run 1 bar front and rear. I think I have some footage of me filming the tires up close.

@@rodnebesniy Thanks! Check out my last uploaded short video, I posted a video I had on the tires there. And then I wrote which tires it is in the description of the movie. But the tires dont come with spikes. You need to find a company that put in the spikes.

Ja 701an är riktigt rolig hoj att köra 😁 Och Stockholms vägar / tunnlar är även dom skitfina att åka på :D Jag kom faktiskt hem från Stockholm idag, Vi var dit 6st och körde hela Fredag/Lördag denna helg! Alltid lika kul att köra där 🔥 Nuförtiden blir man aldrig förvånad över vad man ser eller träffar för personer, Den ena är alltid värre än den andra 😂

@@MrBoman92 Ja asså, enligt mig är 701/690 supermoto eller enduro spelar mindre roll vilken men de är fan de absolut roligaste man kan ha på två hjul, de är "by far" de roligaste hojarna att köra. Spelar ingen rolll vilken typ av hoj / stil jag kommer att köra i framtiden så kommer jag alltid att ha en 701/690 i garaget samtidigt ändå som jag har haft hitills. Jag vill aldrig vara utan en sådan hoj, man går minste om för mycket haha :) Man får en viss busig känsla direkt när man börjar rulla iväg på dessa hojar :D Kom hem ifrån Stockholm ? Vars håller ni till annars ? Norr eller Söder om ? Ja, men det värsta nu är att alla idiotförare har blivit ännu farligare nu pga smarttelefonen, jag ser videos där till och med polisen sitter och smsar och surfar på luren istället för att fokusera fullt på vägen framför sig när de kör, det börjar bli oroväckande faktiskt. Om inte snuten ens sköter sig med smartphones bakom ratten, så kommer ju aldrig andra idioter att göra det heller =( Har varit nära på att smälla flera gånger där en bilist ögon är på luren iställlet för på vägen och de byter fil in i mig när jag kör hojen som exempelvis

@@Blacky_dogy Hello, I have the settings on ”sport” if you follow the manual, And a stronger rear spring. The stock spring is made for 74-84kg and my new one is from 84-94kg rider weight if i remember right 🙂

@@MrBoman92 I see that you changed your gearing ratio, before you had 14/42. What makes you change to a 15/44 configuration?

@@MarcoGutierrez-br9mh I needed to change old sprockets and chain as they were worn out, and I didn't want to drive with 14 front as it wears extra on the chain and the chain drag on the swing arm. So I changed to 15/44 which is quite equivalent but maybe gave 2-3kmh more top speed.

You can only you start practicing and don't give up! Nothing is impossible as long as you believe in yourself and keep trying! If you don't try, you've already failed. So go out and train and don't stop until you've achieved your goals 💪

This model is quite tall, After 2019 I think they became a little lower, They are not a beginner's bike, but if he has done a lot of motocross or similar, it will probably be fine, My partner had a 701 and she is about 165cm tall and just reached down with both toes. There is also a lowering kit for them if you want one fitted the first year so he gets used to it!

I have always ridden Michelin Pilot Power 2CT front and rear on most bikes, but now I have tried Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV front. I am satisfied with both models, Actually all models with dual rubber compounds are good! Soft on the sides and harder rubber compound in the middle for better durability. If you want the most tires for your money, the Pilot Power 2CT is probably the best.

It wasn't that bad 😅 Yes, today's motorcycles are probably better built than the "really old" ones 😁 But i also liked my Gsxr 1000 from 2002, It was stable all the time 😁

@@MrBoman92 Yeah I do not know what they have done to almost eliminate the monkeyslappers that you saw alot back in the 90s and early 2000s on bikes when people came down from wheelies. I have seen on many new bikes the last 10 years that they have a small hidden steering damper a bit lower down under the handle bars behind the forks that often are hidden, you almost never see them if you do not look for them specifically. My MT-10 came with one I saw it once when I was changing brakepads, if I had not done that I would not have noticed. So I bet that could be one of the reasons on many new bikes. I remember back in the day many riders that bought bikes that were extra wheeliehappy back then often added a steering damper to their bikes, like on the old Ducati Streetfighter 848-1098 for example

Tjenare och Tack! 😁 Jag kör en 2017 med powercommander 5 och lite annat smått :) Men som du säger så vill man nog få bort alla "strypningar" rätt så snabbt då det gör ganska stor skilnad. På Euro5 ska man kunna mappa om original boxen om man har rätt grejer till det som dock inte så många har. Men jag tycker jag läste senast igår på en 701 grupp på facebook att det var någon som gjorde det i Sverige också! Annars går det ju alltid att skicka iväg boxen till ett företag som fixar de så får man den mappad enligt vad man har för grejer monterat :) Då blir man ju utan hoj en stund men det är de nog värt! Annars kan jag bara säga gott om 701an, Otroligt rolig och mångsidig hoj! Körde GSXR 1000 förut men jag trivs bra mycket bättre på denna om man bara ska ha en hoj! :)

@@MrBoman92 wow tack för info! De låter ju grymt! Ska kolla upp det :) Sm är en helt annan typ av åkning mot andra hojar, hade en crf 450sm tidigare på 50-54hk tror jag dom låg på? Så kan knappt tänka mig 75hk original :D måste gå gött! Åkte z900 tidigare men som pendlingshoj med 1 mil grusväg och 1mil asfalt så behöver jag byta nu :)

@@SpawnOfSweden Ja de är en helt annan effekt än en 450 😅 Jag har dock aldrig provat en helt org 701 så dom kommer ju kännas slöare än min men du blir inte besviken. Och grusväg så gör nog sig en 701a bra på också 😁

You have to rebuild most of it and they are quite tight to get a Volvo gearbox in there. I built my own engine mounts, gearbox mounts, my own lever rack, rebuilt the shaft from gearbox to diff, The whole front end rebuilt. front carriage beam modified, etc., etc.

Here I did not use brakes, I had just bought the bike after not driving for several years, In today's situation I also drive with brakes.

You can shop them on most motorcycle shops, Or on Ebay. Its bar end mirrors that you mount on the handlebar :)

MT09 has more power and is better for highspeed and highway but that bike is also heavier! Both will perform well on curvy roads, But the 701 weighs less so it will be easier to go fast on small curvy roads at speeds up to 80-90mph. The 701 is very easy to wheelie with, The only drawback is if you loop that the fueltank is at the back of that model. Both also have enough low end torq, the 701 gets really good if you upgrade it with another muffler, air filter and change the tune. If you want to do everything with you bike like going a litle ”offroad” on bad roads and doing small stunts and not going over 120mph often then i should buy the 701. If you want to go faster on highways and runs with a lot of fast sportbike that not like to wheelies go for the MT09 💪

Its specialorder, If you know a company that studs rally/mx tires you can ask them to studs a set with finnstuds or endurostuds 7-9mm . But i can try to check the tire models if you want.

It's okay to think so, but would I have photoshopped a GPS speedometer into the movie? There are videos of me pulling it up on the rear wheel at 180kmh on the speedometer as well. And it takes the speed from the ABS ring in the front wheel :)

It absolutely looks like 106mph dude.
