Welcome to my youtube channel.
⚫️ DETAILED RECIPE -
1cup maida(all purpose flour)
1/4th cup - powdered sugar .
1tsp- baking powder
1/2 tsp - baking soda
1/2 cup -milk
2tsp - lemon juice 🍋
Butter & oil
Form a soft dough .
Rest for 30mins 🕑
Dust some flour & knead
Roll it thick as shown in the video. Cut the roti into circles with a cookie cutter / mould / katori.
Fry on medium hot 🔥 oil
Until golden brown .
Dip it chocolate syrup /melted chocolate.
Garnish with some cashews & enjoy.
