@joebro391 hey JB..We dont try to focus underwater on swing..since the fluid dynamics dont allow for a swing.to.invert..so they are just trying to work the top end here..our second year coaching ..we just set a new county record.with 11'8 (2-girls .sophmore)..hit me up.love to share/discuss more (danieljs111@aol.com).peace

I was at the pool today to do some (self videos ) for my coaching web site - alas I discovered I caught more on film than just perfect form..I inadvertantly caught this guy in the next lane ..he may need some swim coaching._-- But he is out there..busting his arse..doing what he needs to , for his own personal goals and Good for him! Be an Inspiration to everyone who sees you too! :)

As Sheila T. noted on my video here (and as I say .."I have lots to work on still"..) be sure that you are holding water, and that the hand holding doesnt rush and slip back, past the elbow before you finish the hold of the water to move you over it!. (you can see i do slip back here.. watch elbow)
