I love growing fresh fruits & veggies and making them last through the winter month. f you like to make Sauerkraut with me you will need a glass for fermentation (sealed clip-top jars are the best ), 2 kg of any cabbage you want (classic is white cabbage), 1 tbsp caraway seeds and other spices if you like and last but not least about 2 tbsp of sea salt.
