New to business. But how does One Go about finding a quality company so as to Have a Cost Difference comparison. Weighing IN shipping vs Making jobs at Home .

How would you develop a medical support device out of comfortable, flexible, stretchy plastic that could have a small amount of liquid inside? I am really struggling to find a way to model or create this form of product.

Although he is busier than expected; The 31+ videos courses are better than any, I have took so far... @ 62 I've done a lot of Inventor classes. Just remember you have to do the work and I did notice everyone on community site, seems to busy to engage, 10 days in my first month membership. and weekly meeting seem to be on pause. Good info. We are working in a relationship with a trusted AE. As the concept design arm, we churn out ideas to include this ability or that and it is refined in reality durning our discussions with ADUSEA inc. I liked the comments about not shooting for perfection with your first prototype or even a V1 product. I have a story about a product called Common Missile Warning System (CMWS) that my aircraft was equipped with. I digress. Cheers!

I congratulate you on being an innovator in an industry that doesn’t do ANY REAL innovation. My issue is, this may not have been a problem needed solving. There are other issues with snare drums that need to be looked at. As the loudest instrument in the drum set, if the volume of a snare drum be brought down in a significant way, so many other issues concerning the volume of drums could be attended to. Secondly, if someone could rethink use of metal snares wires as an alternate another component, that would be revolutionary. Fundamentally, it would be great if an inventor could consider how air pressure inside the drum is the single most important aspect of a drum, on the volume it produces, and how the snares react to the bottom head.

Correct patents are optional, but if you are creating a new thing that is special in some way, 1000% patent it!!! Otherwise i can buy your product, reverse engineer it and that create a patent legally giving me ownership of your product

What are your credentials? I haven't seen any. You have a credibility problem, you need to either speak or list some what people can verify you or your company as a legitimate for the purposes of trusting you with their intellectual property. This is a glaring red flag for you.

Correct over 90% of patents filed never make it to retail. Here are a few reasons why, and legitimate options available. I hope to better the over all experience and have you inspired for more. That said, 1. Over 90% of invention companies are actually not their service ends at completion of the initial phase of the licencing process . The other two or three stages manufacturing and distribution are yet to be addressed. Areas that may require other specific expertise. The process goes by stages of assigned duties. Mentally prepare for about a year long assuming every one is on the ball. It can take from napkin to royalty check over a year. Too many variables that can change completion dates. Always ask if there's anything you can contribute to help further the process. Tons left to cover, distribution and product placement ect. The industry is complex and takes time. The nature of the business comes with the odds feeling like their always stacked against you. Ok useless to point out problems with out solutions or at least another option. Here we go Option 1. There is an academy that will simplify and teach you all the step by step process needed until you begin receiving royalty checks. Option #2 100 % white glove service that takes care of everything for you! Includes weekly updates all materials and contract negotiations at all junctions of the project. Best part of this option is that you can be as involved as you would like or are be able too literally set it and forget it. Work on your next submission and comfortably transition into full time inventory should you choose. If this sounds puts a smile on your face I encourage you not to loose momentum and call Invent Tribe, it's a very well experienced family owned operation that really goes to bat for you. Ask for David or Hazel and set up a quick chit chat to cover all the questions you have had. Maybe you feel comfortable enough to let them do what they do best and maybe this time next year life's a bit different. Remember ask for David the owner at Invent Tribe. I personally would not want that. My parents were in Amway for most of my teens. I saw what "mentors" are frequently like. In exchange for their "help" and guidance, they expect to be able to completely take over your life, and they tend to be extremely aggressive, nasty people as well.

If it’s a billion dollar idea, you should want to own it and develop it yourself, and invest a few thousand yourself. If you are not willing to go all in on your idea, don’t expect someone else to.

I have an idea & it’s a pretty good idea. It is a bit industry specific, but I think has great potential for private or personal use. It’s something that could be trendy to have or take a little while to catch on to certain demographics. Would I be better off leaning toward a licensing in the event it does become a “trend” item?
