I left Sweden as a child and have forgotten most of my language. This method of using SLOW Swedish as a way of learning is amazing!!!!! Thank you for making these videos.
@thedanielmackenzie Thanks! Glad to hear this helps you reclaim the Swedish language!
Which level of Swedish is this video? A1, A2? Thanks!
@@Getalookatsweden I would say A2 ;)
This is the most helpful video I've come across in studying Swedish. Tack so mycket!
@@calvinsaxon5822 That's great to hear! Thanks 💪

Tusen tack!
Ja, Klaudia är verkligen inspirerande! Kul att höra att du hittade användbara ord :)
tack sa mycket!
Luciatåg, it doesn't really matter if they walk around, still called Luciatåg
Fair enough 😂I thought you mainly called it "Luciatåg" when referring to us doing it in primary school growing up
Tack så mycket!
Thanks for the transcription. I'm working on the listening skills and this really helps.
Awesome! Glad to hear it helps!

Tack! :)
This is so helpful to have the Swedish text. It is so difficult to find Swedish language television that has accurate text in Swedish also. Often the text is input separately taken from the original script, but no actors follows the script all the time so there are often frustrating discrepancies. Thank you for this. I hope you do more.
I've been bothered by exactly the same thing when I've been practicing English and Spanish! I agree that it is so much more helpful when the subs match what people are actually saying in the videos / movies. Glad to hear this was appreciated!
Tack så mycket Erik ! This is soo helpful 😊
Varsågod! :) Glad to hear so!
You are exactly right. It's embarrassing to start speaking a new language. I try to learn because when my dad was alive he used to speak swedish to me and then say förstor du? For his memory I try but fail because I am severely shy speaking even my own language to strangers. Lol, maybe someday I will be brave. 😊
Yes, many people certainly share this dilemma. The only way is unfortunately to keep doing it! My advice is to consider these uncomfortable situations a practice itself that's part of learning the language ;)
@agatonlinguisticssvenskala1663 good advice
jag har förstått nästan allt utan engelskan!
Bra jobbat! Kul att höra!
Intressant video. Hälsningar från Villmanstrand, Finland ;)
Tack!

Hello. I really like them. Could you please make a video about the difference between "det är" and "det finns" when they are translated as "there is/there are"? Thank you in advance.

super kul! langsam <3
This is wonderful! Tack! My only request would be to have what you are saying printed in Swedish also, above or below the English subtitles. That way we can learn the written Swedish as well as spoken. Tack igen!
Noted! I did exactly this in my latest video ;) You can check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/lgEhoshNAbo/v-deo.html
Yes please. That would be wonderful.

Thank you for making this! My reading and writing skills are pretty good (I've been studying since 2021) but I've never really understood spoken Swedish, except from the odd word here and there. I think I got almost all of what you said! Thanks from England :)
Awesome! Keep practising ;)
