Section 40 of the RERA Act states that:
• If a promoter or an allottee or a real estate agent, as the case may be, fails to pay any interest or penalty or compensation imposed on him, by the adjudicating officer or the Regulatory Authority or the Appellate Authority, as the case may be, under this Act or the rules and regulations made thereunder, it shall be recoverable from such promoter or allottee or real estate agent, in such manner as may be prescribed as arrears of land revenue.
• If any adjudicating officer or the Regulatory Authority or the Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, issues any order or directs any person to do any act, or refrain from doing any act, which it is empowered to do under this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder, then in case of failure by any person to comply with such order or direction, the same shall be enforced, in such manner as may be prescribed.”

The Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Amendment Act, 2006, allows Muslim couples and single parents to adopt children in India. The act provides a secular alternative to traditional Muslim law, which doesn't recognize adoption in a legal sense. The act also gives adopted children the same legal rights as biological children The 2014 Supreme Court case Shabnam Hashmi v Union of India also established that the right to adopt under the Juvenile Justice Act takes precedence over religious codes and personal laws.

The video looks great and very informative but its a mere suggestion from my end that the video mostly holds the strength of builder that what builder can do and what they can't. However, there must be a clearity that what advantage does a allottee have like under rera section 12, 13, 18,19,31, 71 these are the remedies for the consumer so its a request to come back with a part 2 of thid video and explain the home buyers that what power they have to fight against the builders. Sir if there are shops& 1of shop belongs to builder/ developer & he has rented it to National Bank then in case can the building of 30 years go for redevelopment
The society may opt for redevelopment if it is in a deteriorated state, and it is acceptable if one of the shops belongs to the developer. The society must obtain conveyance from the previous developer before proceeding to seek approval from the relevant authorities and developers for the society's redevelopment in accordance with the regulations.

Chamber summons will be filed in which court for example if my proceedings are pending in thane court will the chamber summons be addressed to district court of Thane ?
chamber summons are filed in civil courts of mumbai jurisdiction for amendment in a plaint or adding new party or affected party from the suit subsequently the notice of motion is for interim and ad-interim relief in pending suit. out side jurisdiction of mumbai and in high court of bomaby their is only one application for all these purposes i.e. interim application for all reliefs. you have to file interim application for your particular relief.
