Dear amidlaroussi2711, I didn't find a solution. Ultenic did not answer my questions. And there were a lot of questions. Nothing. Eventually the Chinese eshop (Banggood) from where I bought the product I think that gave a solution and sent another one with no charge. I'm very disappointed with the ultenic aftersales. The second one works perfect.

@@dat8601 I hope that you'll get an answer from Ultenic official website. I sent many messages via email to all worldwide emails of Ultenic after sales services and I took ZERO answers. I'm very disappointed with Ultenic's after sales service. I'm expecting a solution from China's site from where I bought this vacuum and not from Ultenic.
