I wrote my 1st comment before I finished watching the video. I would say it's the 1st metal album. Other bands were heavy, but not like that. I've always been curious what Hendrix thought of them. Coincidentally, the Paranoid album came out on the day Hendrix died. & I don't know if you're aware of this or not, but I think Black Sabbath & Ozzy got their names from the Chicago band Coven. Iommi tried to deny it once in an Mtv interview, but I think they did. Not that it takes anything away from their legacy. Black Sabbath is one of the best.

Tony is my 2nd favorite guitarist after Hendrix. I wasn't around back then, but I would of loved to have been in a room full of hippies on acid, when they 1st listened to the Black Sabbath album. Just to see the looks on their faces. I was lucky enough to see Black Sabbath in concert some years ago. I had good time.

Love Marty, such a stand-up guy too. I frequently watch him on the ROCK FUJIYAMA channel, Thank god for subtitles, I wouldn't understand any of it without them. He is also going to be a special guest with Kiko Loureiro for Kiko's tour in Brazil in May & June.

Scenes is completely beautiful. Probably is the kind of thing that you can not do twice. Marty is a truly magacian.

According to the pre-performance arrangements, Grand Funk Railroad had to perform and be off stage by ‘midnight’ at 0:00am. Unfortunately, by the time the stage crew had removed the MC5 equipment and the Grand Funk Railroad crew had set up their equipment, it was already 11:30pm. The audience may have wanted to hear more Grand Funk before the power went out, but I don't think it was a case of Zeppelin being blown off stage - I think the GFR members' comments were not directed at the band, just at their manager. If Grant pulled the plug, what has that got to do with Led Zeppelin as a group! In other words, it's not Zeppelin's fault, it's the management's fault, and I feel that these things were unfortunately used as a good sales strategy for GFR after this. Mel Schacher and Mark Farner's“Look, none of the guests are there.We'll sneak down from the back and get as close as we can.”About. The concert started at 8 PM.I think some people left early.Five hours is too long to sit in the old, dirty Olympia Stadium. In addition, there were a lot of young kids at the show. There was a curfew, so they had to leave the venue. Three acts, preceded Zeppelin: Lee Michaels, Grand Funk Railroad and the MC5. But no act topped Jimmy Page and the Zeppelin.
