Baleal, Portugal. September 2015. Very gusty, offshore wind. Hard kite conditions. Most of the time no wind in the surf zone, and if there was any, the wind was blowing you seawards... OK, I tried, but failed... next time! :)

Peniche, Baleal, September 2015. Cross-offshore wind conditions. Hard Kitesurfing. Medium Waves. Great session, although difficult to snap the waves... all the time trying so, I lost the wave.

Balephuil, Tiree, Scotland. September 2013. After a strong 'gale' (storm), we found those enormous waves at Balephuil, on the beautiful island of Tiree, one of the Inner Hybrides. Very nice session on the SUP (Stand Up Paddle) in Tiree, Scotland. For a moment there was no wind at all. First we tried it at a exposed beach, with relatively high waves and choppy water, in the afternoon, we found this bay. The waves weren't much higher then 1 foot, and still, so much fun!! Hey professionals! I will soon go to Fuerte (june/july) and I would like to find some waves. I know the summer isn't the best time for waves, but is there a spot with good wind (side shore or not TOO offshore) and nice waves? I'd be happy with everything above 3 ft.
you should try down looping on your bottom hand turns in light wind to maintain speed
