    Australia Day will fall on a Sunday. It's 27th January that will be a Public Holiday.

    • @English-via-Animation
      @English-via-Animation 4 дні тому

      Thank you for pointing that out! While the video does mention Australia Day falling on a Sunday in 2025, it doesn’t go into detail about the observed public holiday on Monday, January 27th. To clarify, January 27th will be observed as a public holiday in most parts of Australia, including the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Victoria, and more.

    Easter Long weekend is actually 4 public holidays, Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday are all public holidays. Great for teenagers working retail as they generally will get public holiday rates. At a minimum there are 11 public holidays, however some states have more.

    • @English-via-Animation
      @English-via-Animation 6 днів тому

      Absolutely, the Easter long weekend is fantastic for retail workers, especially teenagers, with the added benefit of public holiday rates. It's great to see how these extra holidays make a positive impact on young workers' earnings. The variations in public holidays across states are also quite fascinating-thanks for pointing that out!

  • @СветланаЕфремова-ф1н

    You start with the guy who says:" I'm already spoken for", but then it turns into " SHE is already spoken for". Does it refer only to women or not? It's confusing

    • @English-via-Animation
      @English-via-Animation 6 днів тому

      Thank you for pointing this out! ‘Spoken for’ applies to both men and women-it simply means someone is committed, like in a relationship or engaged. To avoid confusion, we’ve updated the title to better reflect the content. I hope this clears things up, and thanks for your feedback!
