What’s with the 270p quality?

I got to see this in Milwaukee, I saw this down the Union Pacific shoreline subdivision today!

Cool grab, equipment was from 32nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team; Wisconsin Army National Guard Headquartered @ Camp Williams, WI returning from Joint Readiness Training Center - Training Rotation #24-08 @ Camp Johnson, LA.

Didn't know there were any RSD5s still around...and operating!

This locomotive was side ways on a bridge

Going to admit I'm a tad confused on the movement but equipment belongs to the following units. 302nd Maneuver Enhancement Brigade (USA Reserve @ Chicopee, MA); 375th Engineering Co (USA Reserve @ Huntsville, AL); 315th Engineering Co (USA Reserve @ Camp Pendleton, CA); 779th En Batt (FLANG @ Tallahassee); 424th Engineering Co (USA Reserve @ Rutland, VT part of 368th Engineering Battalion @ Londonderry, VT). This was the 1st railhead mission of 3 for Ft McCoy, WI in 2023 reception of 210 railcars between May 19-26 at the installation. Union Pacific locomotive #5261 was the trailing locomotive and was cutoff @ Butler, WI.

Saw this thing in Trollyville in North Olmsted as well as 409

Awesome. Any Wisconsin train footage from this era (early 2000s) is gold to me, since I had just gotten my first camcorder at age 15 and really should have been taking train video but didn't take it up until several years later.
