I can't delete the sphere after accidentally Applying it into the scene.... Holding E doesn't give me the Lasso tools, they're grayed out. I don't know why or how to enable them.
Ignore my last comment. Fixed the problem. The issue was that for some reason LMB was set to always move the camera, regardless of anything else. This is obviously not good. Anywhoo, it was just me being an idiot. Again, thanks for the videos
I mean, this looks like a great guide, if a bit outdated due to V4, but I am having some huge problems. Namely that I can't do anything. Holding LMB just moves the camera, and I am unable to use any of the tools, because regardless of what I pick, it will only move. the freaking. camera. Am I just being very stupid here, or is there an issue with the software I downloaded?
This is the point where the tutorial appears to become outdated and no longer compatible with V4. I cannot add a sphere (doing so makes the cylinder disappear).

I get stuck right away. I cant change the size of the sphere the way its described in the video. That only changes the size of the brush.

Yes, but there is no "freeblob" anywhere that I can see... and its not in the manual... grrrrr.

Ah! You have to hit Apply to actually put the primitive into the scene.
