The center seats were indeed wider than the window seats with more headroom. Sort of generally the case for a lot of business class "suite" seats!

Thank you so much for sharing that intelligence! I just flew on Delta's premium select product, and the seat was not terribly comfortable. And definitely not comfortable enough for an 11 hour overnight flight (which I did).

High tea is not actually served on cunard, just afternoon tea. High tea would involve soup and more substantial offerings. But I definitely do like to wear gloves to afternoon tea just to remove them. Or if I want to trigger engagement under the video, I leave them on while I'm drinking tea. 🤣

@@susanpolastaples9688 OMG - leaving the gloves on while drinking tea - or wearing them inside my cabin - in a video *deranges* some people and prompts them to post comments ranging from patronising to cruel!🤣 Especially my cruise videos from our Queens Grill experience Queen Elizabeth, the cabin tour and teatime review. Apparently the sort of people who care about their version of etiquette definitely care about it a lot!😮

@@thecreativecontessa hmmm. Apparently they forgot one of the basic etiquette lessons from your parents 'if you can't say something nice or kind, don't say anything at all.'

I chose the Korean option, the tteokgalbi. My rule of thumb is generally when flying out of an Asian airport to go with the Asian option because it's more likely to be excellent. I will let you know what I think on Sunday!😊

I did indeed thanks to Hurricane Helene, which cancelled the second half of my original flight to Greensboro, allowing me to freely choose a new set of flights to Asheville at no charge! But at that point,w e had no idea what was about to happen to Asheville. 😧

The food in ANA was pretty amazing. It's the first-class food on Air India that needs a boost...😅

I really cannot get enough of the amazing rainbow foliage that we have this year. The trees are really outdoing themselves!

Pre-pandemic ANA used to have cheap economy flights from Korea to the US if you were willing to self transfer from Haneda to Narita. I flew ANA five times. The experience was always great as most east asian airlines. You can't beat 800,000 to 900,000 won for a round trip ticket in exchange for an almost 2 hour bus ride to Narita.

​@Mountainshark no worries! 😊 a lot of the award fares available involve an airport change from Narita to haneda, which I think is perfectly reasonable for the price they're charging for these award fares. It's impossible now to get round-trip business class from Korea to the US for 110000 or 130,000 points on almost any other program. Which is why All Nippon Airways only releases one J seat and one F seat when the schedule opens for a flight. But it's worth playing the waiting game for this particular redemption! Definitely one of the top five business class experiences I've ever had. In a list of very good business class experiences.😊

I will openly admit that, despite the numerous issues with the seat and the extremely dilapidated condition in general, it was of the most comfortable sleeping experiences I've ever had in the sky! I wonder what it must have been like when the product was actually new 15 or 20 years ago

@@susanpolastaples9688 For certain, the service on this flight was really top-notch. I felt sorry for Ashwinn and his team having to work with a sub-part hard product!
